I had been to this place twice or thrice. Its a small place but the food is awesome. The shawarma pita and doner kebab is mouth watering. The best thing about this place is they make their own mayo and they put it generously in the food items. Definitely a must visit.

All time favourite fast food joint here in Guwahati 😍. Their burgers and pitas are the real deal. But I feel they have reduced their quality and were a lot better before.

Shwarma roll is one of the best in city everyone knows it momos are also good specially tandoori momo,not enough space for eating and recently i noticed one thing when you place your order they will ask you packing or dinning if you say packing they dont provide the warm food else everything is fine.

The first place ever to provide authentic shawarma rolls in Guwahati. I remember when it first opened and now it has several outlets around the city. That should offer some insight of how tasty their food is. So if you want to try out shawarma rolls , this is the place to go. They also have burgers and momos which are great but the rolls are the best.

Excellent place as long as food is the only thing you care about. The burgers here are huge and have lots and lots of mayonnaise. The Shawarma roll and other chicken items are good as well. Lack of proper seating arrangement is the only issue I have with the place but when you get such good food, the inadequacy of seating arrangement becomes a very trivial issue. Highly recommended.

Food was awesome but its a small place and its kinda behind some shops so less people know about it.

Judging by the quality of shawarma, i made the mistake of ordering chicken butter masala from Grill Republic.. trust me when i tell u this,the chicken was half cooked inside(blood attached the bones),the broiler chicken was smelly probably because it was kept for a few days and the gravy was sour..i would like to invite that chef and teach him how to cook.

The place where my favourite shawarma is made. Though the cost is a bit high for shawarma, but the taste is worth it. I theres no place to sit and eat but you can stand and eat. The place also serves burgers, momos, biryani, etc. Overall a yummy dummy place. The pricing in the menu is also not that overpriced but ya Rs20-30 more than the average pricing.

Entrance is cramped and food is great. We had Chicken Tikka Rolls. Rotis used were almost cold and therefore hard to chew. Also had burgers twice in different occasions. Too sweet and soggy. You will love it if you got sweet tooth. Overall experience was meh!!IMO,Food 7/10Ambience 5/10

Earlier owner and his team of Grill Republica used to cook tasty food. The Shwarma Roll and Tandoori chicken was very good but now the taste is not the same. Its pretty bland now.

Located in Latasil, Grill Republica is one of the best takeaways in Guwahati. If you ever visit it, give the shawarma roll and burger a try. Previously it had a limited menu, but now it has a larger and delicious menu, which is why I have rated it a 5.

Love the food available here. The size and taste or everything they serve are incredible compared to the price it is offered. Definitely try their double breast chicken burger, Chicken Shawarma roll, and the monster Warki paratha rolls. Also, the kababs, and tandooris are pretty well made.

The burgers are very tasty and filling, but shwarmma was not up to the mark, service is quick but limited seats and not adequate for a big group. Best for 2-3 persons.
