Had one of worst experience with Zenith in my career. They treat employees like cheap labour and dont pay salaries on time. Forget the basic benefits and if you decide to resign they will not even issue experience letter, FFS statement or any pending due. Top bosses block your emails and whatsapp so you cant reach them.

SUBJECT : Run Away from these guysBack Ground : A recruiter from Zenith [ D***p K***r D**a ] - name masked as my intention is not with the person ] recruited me to work for Philips Futures Pte Ltd. But Philips did not give a joining date at all. However Zenith secured an E pass IPA Letter for me [ Note that while an IPA is active, other company . With that they were try to get me another job in their clientsISSUE : Mean time [ around 1 month ], I got a job from another company who gave DOJ in one month period and I wanted to withdraw Zeniths IPA. At this point, Zenith, though they did not get any Date of joining in any of their clients, they refused to withdraw their IPA and demanded me 3000$ to withdrawI even went to Ministry of Manpower, no use.. at the End of the day - I paid 3000$ [ 1 month salary ] for which I did not even work for 1 day.END NOTE : I would strongly recommend everyone to runaway from this company if they want to recruit you without any joining dateNote to Owners : If you reply to this saying I am bogus / not true or anything like that, I can create another review with whole set of proofs in emails, SMS Screenshot with your recruiter - this is not personal at all - Just reviewing for sake of people.
