Simple and clean railway station; not far away from famous Guruvayur temple. You can enjoy village atmosphere. There are a lot of transport facility from station entrance to reach desired places.. There are only three platforms available and less frequent trains. Easy to access thrissur from here.I wonder..Here also available retiring room and clock room facility so utilize ppls those who travel from far distance for dharshan and other works.
Railway station at the famous pilgrim center at Guruvayur. Its 23km away from Thrissur town. A few passenger and express train s are running to Thrissur, ernakulam, punalur and Chennai egmur via madurai from here. But the number of service s are very less. Building is beautiful with temple architect structure. ATMs of Federal Bank and SBI are there.

Good Railway station. Not a busy one.Good poatforms and ticket can be taken easily as not a busy counter.Near guruvayoor temple.
Good station . But not busy one . Most of the local trains get full capacity passengers. Platforms are clean. Ticket counter is in spacious room. Display of timings is also good.
Neat and well organized. Prepaid taxi services..cabs..autos..all in one place. Temple town is known for its well kept waiting rooms..eateries.. Nostalgic. 5.50 am daily local connects to all major stations..
Not many trains originate or pass by this station. It is also recently opened. It will take some time for improving the facilities here. However, it is a heaven sent gift to many who specifically come for pilgrimage to Guruvayoor as it provides connectivity, without having to change train at Trichur.
A Good And Large Railway Station With Less Train Services...Most Of The Visitors To This Railway Station Are Guruvayur Temple Devotees...Reservation Facilities Are Available There...But Platforms Are Less.....
The railway station is OK ...A few trains are there .The station is near the Guruvayur temple. It is only a walkable distance from railway station to the temple. Bus stand is at west side of the temple
An isolated railway station but good facilities and useful for devotees coming to guruvayur temple.
Need more facilities including over bridges.....one of the rarest railway station in kerala having dead end....
The railway station has 2 platforms and also has pay & use toilets at the end of PF 1. The main attraction of Guruvayur is the temple and that is located 1 km from the station. The trains are very limited here and it has passenger trains to Ernakulam at 6:45 in the morning and to thrissur at 9:05. The station looks very beautiful in the morning and gives you spiritual vibes.
Need better facilities for passengers. And more trains. Guruvayur tirur line construction should be started at the earliest
Guruvayur railway station (Code: GUV) is a railway station situated in Guruvayur, Thrissur District, Kerala. The station serves as a terminus for the Guruvayur–Thrissur spur line. It also gains religious importance for its proximity to the Guruvayur Temple. It has four tracks and three platforms for both passenger and shunting purpose.
No auto stand, no facilities. Its a place where people frequently visit for pilgrimage.A prepaid auto stand could be good
Neat, clean , has wifi too, but train services are legitimate.
Superb
Good
The cheapest and most convenient way to travel between GUV and TCR. I could meet two families in Trichur and be back in my hotel room at Guruvayoor in 4 hours flat, door to door. This is impossible to do if you take a bus or even perhaps hire a car.The train ride is about 25 mins and the fare, if I remember correctly, 5 Rs.
Probably the least busy train station in India with around 6 trains to the place. Station currently dedicated to Guruvayur town with no connecting trains.
Its a pilgrim centre Rly station. Lord Guruvayurappa temple.its like Lord Venkateswara Swamy tirumala for Andhra tirumala hills for malayalees( of cource both are Vishnu temples). Free food being provided by devasthanam authorities. Elephants are used for Lord Guruvayurappa pooja. A big elephants zoo nearer to Guruvayur is being maintained by the devastanam authorities. From Guruvayur station there are trains to Chennai and Trivendram.
Very less train connectivity. Trains are parked inconveniently in 2nd platform. Trains running here are in very bad condition
Very few trains but all punctual. Clean place
Close by Lord Krishna temple, well connected by all places in Kerala and other important cities like Madurai, Coimbatore, Chennai
This station is very close to Guruvayoor temple. As terminal station trains come up to the station and go back to Trissur and onwards to Thiruvananthapuram and Punalur in Kerala and to Chennai Egmore via Madurai.
Over all goodClean and comfortableFacilities for bathing and etc .. availableNear guruvaur temple
Can purchase tickets easier with UTS app
Considering the importance of guruvayoor the station , the station needs to be improved
Bcz..biggest temple is here..guruvayoorappan
Leaves much to be desired...When will it improve? Groan!
Connecting main station Thrissur. 20 minutes from Guruvayur to Thrissur. Fare is cheap ...just Rs.10 only
Good Place , Convenient distance from Guruvayoor temple.
It is suggested platform 1 for late night arrival trains. Also think of battery car seva for passengers just like in Ernakulam South.
The main rail transport system in Guruvayur is operated by the Southern Railway Zone of Indian Railways. Guruvayur Railway Station lies in the Thrissur-Guruvayur Section. Thrissur Railway Station is the major rail head near to Guruvayur from where you can get all South Indian and North Indian trains.

Taxi, Riksha are available near to the station. Rooms and auditoriums are also available. Guruvayur bus stand is 1.5 km away from the station. It can be used for visiting other tourist places near by the temple.
Railway station for devotees of Guruvayur temple. Trains from Ernakulam, Thrissur, Chennai, Punalur are directed to Guruvayur. And from Chennai is an express train, all others are passenger. The station is built in temple structure with all basic facilities.
Neat And Clean... ❤️
The railway station is pretty much nearby all the main attractions at guruvayoor.
Small station. But platform crossing flyover is at the end of station not at entrance.
Need more public amenities
Small R.S, especially to pray God Lord Krishna , the temple near the R.S

Near to Guruvayur templeBus station is also nearby
Neat and good railway station
Good place near teample
Courteous staff. Clean station
Correct time train arrives and departure.
Its a good place
No automation for tickets.1. Really difficult to queue up for ticket for passengers traveling/commuting daily.2. The rule that one cant buy tickets in advance for journeys less than 90km is a bother.3. Season or monthly pass is not an option for someone who would want to take the first train at 5.50 am for say...a week!!
Very nice statio.very spacious
No much trains. It just serves the purpose.
Wifi connection is fast
The display board has a error. It is not showing the correct information about the train and timing
