Ordered lunch ( 5 meals with fish)at 1:45pm and got the delivery at around 3:07pm.The most interesting part is, fish curry for which an additional payment 150rs was made was found missing in the parcel.Thanks for the timely delivery..After making calls they promised to deliver the remaining packet within 10min...and I am still waiting for that.Forgive me for giving single 🌟.Note : never place order directly via call.Its my first time experience with taste palace,may be last one .Thank you

Each time we book food from this hotel through Zomato, they accept the order and provide an estimated time of around 30 mins which is OK, but then they make it delayed by making the Zomato supplier to wait for long time, they update it each time to 10 mins delay every time.eg: if we book an order around 7 PM, they first provide an estimated delivery around 8 AM, then they make it delayed till 9 PM, very pathetic Service, when we enquire, they simply criticize the Zomata supplier.Only Food item good in this restaurant is Chicken Shawarma.

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I ordered a Mixed Fried rice from here. And the waiter doesnt know they serve Mixed fried rice or not. He have to check with the kitchen/chef to ensure its there. The mixed fried rice they had given is the worst. At the very first bite, I call the waiter and said somethings not right with the Fried rice. So he called the manager. He came and tastes the fried rice and said, there is no problem with rice , chocken and prawns.may be I dont know about mixed fried rice.Seriously, accusing the customer that they have no idea about the food is all you got? Even after they serve a f****ng old food. You can check my reviews on Hao ming, WhiteHouse, Ming palace, Malabar Junction etc where I had and reviewed about the Mixed Fried Rice in there.Bottom line: they serve the worst food and then they blame you that you dont know anuthing food..

HORRIBLE!I had asked a delivery. We waited for 3 hours, it was never done. The workers are irresponsive and irresponsible. They kept saying the delivery boy will be back soon and eventually stopped picking our calls. If possible I will give negative rating. Never had such a bad experience with any restaurant.

Taste Palace it truly lives up to its name..Have tried their meals, which has a nice variety of tasty items and its definately value for money!! Their chicken biryani & Chicken Kondattam is a must try. They have recently started Kuzhimanthi which needs to be tried. Definately a must visit place and very pocket friendly.

As someone visiting from Mumbai, this place will be a lifesaver as we had trouble finding a decent non veg place to eat, place is clean, food was served on time, service was quick. This has to be your place to go if you are in guruvayoor as this place has too many veg places with extremely substandard food. Had a biriyani chicken after seeing the reviews.i got undercooked chicken.After complaining they replaced the chicken which turned out to be same.Thankfully at last they brought another chicken dish which was fried and cooked.They can improve ,hope it doesn’t happen to any one else.

We parcel food in that couple of items missed when we complaint the manager he told he will deliver to hotel where we stayed but didnt delivered even after 10pm when we called him he told to come next day 8AM to return the money next day when we went there the other manager is not even bother to address the issue these guys dont have any ethics we paid the bill for the food we did not eat panner 65 is the worst item I have ever seen and the place is not ideal for families as it mentioned
