The Recruiting team is not at all professional. I chased behind the HR MONIKA for scheduling my interview for the position of Senior Travel Sales Consultant but was never scheduled for an interview. I kept waiting for about a week and wasted a lot of time. I dont understand why they post ads with vacancies if they are not willing to schedule an interview for the same.Such an unprofessional behaviour to keep people waiting and finally reply saying they forgot to call, as they were busy. Busy in what ?? Making reels or clicking snaps in the washroom.The company should hire professional people in their recruiting team who are actually willing to work and not just wait for weekends to start from (Thursday to Friday and then Saturday, Sunday) and postpone work for next week only to work from Monday to Wednesday. I guess they should get paid only for 3 days in a week, if they decide to work for 3 days. Finally after chasing and giving multiple reminders, I got disappointed with the companies unprofessional behaviour on hiring people. I decided not to entertain this unprofessionalism and rather try elsewhere. Thank God for my decision. I am selected in Amex GBT and guess what, it was a smooth hiring process. No false promises, no unwanted delays and salary best in travel industry. My advise to management is , stop hiring such worthless people in your recruiting team or you might lose skilled workforce, choosing your rival rather than you. No offence, no grudges against anyone. Just wanted to share my experience to the management, so others dont have to go through the same unprofessionalism and then spoil the image of your company in the travel industry.

Its a complete travel based BPO owned by South hall travels. The location of the office is not good. They offer a good package to their employees depending upon the experience they carry. The interview process is not that hard is you have good knowledge about travel. If you have worked in Travel sales or looking to word in sales in travel then you can earn a lot here. Not good if you are looking for work-life balance. Strict Rules and discipline is there.Food in cafeteria is third class. Transport is also not good.

Had good experience overall, as of now. Had worked there for more than a month and then covid-19 happened. I understand why half of reviews are negative coz most people tend to take work in carefree manner, which attracts deductions. Trust me if you are punctual, honest and hard working, this is the place you could spend your life making money. Management and staff I dealt with were always professional. Looking forward to join again after covid-19 crisis dimnishes. 👍

Have worked here for more than 4 years. The company has a very nice infrastructure and the work environment is amazing. If you are a hard worked there is no limit on your earnings. Not a good place for defaulters.

I request to all please do not join this company as there is no hr induction all the information about the company you will come to know when you hit the floor. If you exceed the break thrice in a month the company will deducted 3 days salary.On any fastival before 15 days you receive an email said that if anyone will take unapproved leave aur half day four day salary will be deducted and in this situation you team leader and manager cant do anything because thats the company rules.If you are using a phone on floor they will deduct 5k from your salary.Because there is no warning first.I had very bakbas experience with this company.

Nice office building and amenities, but lacking effective management system. Senior Management is dumb and rigid. Mobile phone isnt allowed if you are not a TL or AM or manager. Many other restrictions like your break must not exceed 1 hr.

Weird experience I got from this company. HR and management have no idea who is joining and who is leaving. No Exit formality for employees. If you resign TL, Manager or HR wont even call or text the employee to know why they left. This is the only company in my career which I find extremely unprofessional and not running by the management. Dont know why they hire employees if they cant care. No job security and No employee satisfaction.

Onkar InfoTech better known as Southall travel which is the biggest market holder for UK travel & tourism. This is the offshore site in India with an employee strength of 500+ employees. Good remuneration & a gr8 carrier to look at .. ..however pros & cons are part of every Industry folks !!;)

Onkar infotech is group of bigger southall travel which is biggest travel agency in the UK. 5000+ employee. I am also working here from 2013 to yet. It is good for those employee. who wants to work with great discipline.
