I cant believe I paid Rs.1040 for the service that I received from you. What looked great in the picture came looking like a cheap 300 rupees cake and instead of a proper note card, you sent it written on a piece of paper!I am sharing images of what was shown and what was delivered to my dear friend.Also, why would a 1/2 kg cake be priced at Rs. 891 and which such a poor quality!And then you guys added an extra 50rupees for the eggless part and another 90 rupees for the delivery!! Exploitation on other level is done here! Its better to buy from trusted sites such as FnP only!

Good Delivery. nobody was home and no one was picking call. The delivery guy took extra effort and asked the shop keeper in front of our house and they directed them to deliver it at my relatives house which is near by and they did that. I sent a cake and that was good too.

The image shown had so many varieties of fruits, but the actual basket had vary basic 5 varieties - apple, pomegranate, orange, sweet lime and guava. The roses were in such poor condition, not fresh at all.However, the delivery was as per schedule.Overall, not happy. Do not think I will use the website again.Totally not worth the money.

I had ordered late night or rather early parts of the morning n I really requested them to deliver fast before my Mom went out to celebrate.. they delivered by 4pm.. Customer service on whatsapp coordinated with the delivery of my order... they were kind and respectful. I was very happy with their service.However i had only a small problem and that was that the pictures n what was sent looked so different..The lilies i ordered were not so fresh or maybe damaged in the delivery.. Also the Cake i ordered had message that was wiped out... Happy Birthday Mom... was only Hap_y B_r_hd_y M_m .. for a little under 3000 Rs order.. its unacceprable..Customers service people appologised n said they will ensure next time letters are clear..
