Hey! I ordered three pairs of earrings from Nakhrewali to be sent to Dubai. Their prices for each piece are different for the Indian Market and for other countries. They charge you two times more than what you would otherwise pay for international shipping(even with the best of brands). The aspect that is most disheartening is that they do not give you any clarity on the bill, no breakdown, you actually have no idea what they are charging you the extra amount (which was more than 4K) for unless you ask them. I have written to them over WhatsApp and email and it’s been almost a week and there no reply. It’s very disheartening to see so much talent but such poor service to a point that the customer feels cheated. It’s not soo much about the amount spent but more about not being kept in loop and informed. Still waiting for the earrings as well as the itemised bill/and response to email.

I ordered cowrie hoops from this store. Unfortunately the product I received had some problem. I was so disheartened to see that they have no return policy. But when I approached them, they replaced the product. Although the replacement process took a long time, the product that i received the next time was perfect and looked so pretty. During the process, Ms. Samina helped me thoroughly by informing me what to do and how to do, and also answered my queries patiently. Overall, i am happy with the team and their product. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
