Everything is amazing or wonderful these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply the norm, or just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them any more. However, our experience over the last six months compelled me to write, for no other reason than it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism that flathalt provided us across the extended Covid-19 period.The advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for a quick rent, the service was outstanding, and ranged from must-do tasks to suggestions, realistic timescales and helpful recommendations. flathalt are experienced and efficient and it pays off. With a ready list of potential viewers already on their books (though the house rent immediately to the very first viewer!) it was very reassuring. The entire team is polite, professional and at the top of their game and everything was going swimmingly until just short of completion Covid-19 hit.If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once the house is marketed and rentout - then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the rented has been agreed. For me, this is where flathalt come into their own. Their after-rentout progression management is second-to-none. Led by sudarshan (I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than rajnish), he worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the renting process, from simply reassuring tenant , to helping to alleviate stress, to expertly negotiating timescales up and down the chain to pursuing solicitors and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period. he was readily available whenever we needed information and always, always, in a professional friendly manner. As more of his team returned after lockdown, the same excellent service continued and it was a nice experience with flathalt.

Worst company & experience ever, security amount not yet refunded. 3 months notice given and 1 month past the date of move out. Still no reply from them yet.Paid 4 months without stay in lockdown as per agreement. Owner of this company are fake & fraud. Now they have stopped replying to emails, phone calls and also messages...

Very bad experience . They people hire you but not be able to give you a salary . when i worked there i face difficulty in getting salary even u ask a salary from them as they you are begging .I leave my 2 month salary over there and join a new company . I suggest you not to join this company bcz there are no future in Flathalt.worst experience
