Best company I have ever seen in my past 8 years of experience. Even in this lockdown they are paying on time and 100% salary to all of their employees which is something pushed me to write this review. I was Covid positive and was on leave for 2 weeks last month but still got my full salary yesterday. Later received mail from HR about my leave provided as paid leave which is really supportive and motivational in this time of pandemic.

I was part of CV Infotech from 2014 to 2020 and had to leave due to Covid-19 as my family needed me at my native place. Just got time to write a review about them as they really helped me a lot during this Covid time. Their exit policies are really awesome which I really like about them. When I resigned, a proper exit interview was taken to know about why I am leaving and if the company can do anything to retain me. They even allowed me to work from home despite knowing I will not be able to work properly from home. Later on I came to know that they wanted to help me keep paying my salary and thats why they told me to work from home even when there was only 4G internet available at my native place.Thank you CV Infotech for making my 6 years a wonderful journey.

The best part of this company is the infrastructure they provide. They always provide everything you need or possibly need in order to perform best and learn something new. I recently requested some videos from Udemy to sharpen my skills in UI/UX and I was provided with purchased videos within a few minutes. Every employee in this office is provided with two screens and a high performance CPU or Macbook Pro Laptops for the best performance.I am falling in love with the work and personal life balance in this company. Youre never stressed about deliveries here as long as you are performing the best. Who asks the developer himself for a deadline to the work given to them? Here we are asked for deadlines for our works and we are provided with some extra buffer time as well to make sure we deliver the best quality work. They are always chasing for the best quality which is what I love the most here.
