I needed help with chemistry questions, and I have now been scammed and dealt with the worst customer service ever! The tutor made bountiful mistakes in the worked solutions I paid US$75 for, and when checked later, only 85% were correct. Im told that I should know all the answers and I should have checked if they were correct or not. Why am I paying for the help?!The only refund Im offered is 15%, because the tutor supposedly deserved to take the rest of my money!Imagine buying a car, sight unseen, that was only 85% built. Then, all youre offered is 15% for whats not there, despite paying for the whole car (which is what was marketed to you). Thats what happened with Tutorbin. I would never, ever, recommend this organisation to anyone. Dont waste your hard-earned money on sub-par tutoring, customer service and general incompetence!

I would not use this service again, they did not provide original work. Provided proof that tutor copied solutions from another website and Tutorbin would not do anything about it. Save your money and find another service.

Big scammer ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️. Stay out of them . I booked a live assigment with them and they 2 hours before they said sorry we cant do it prefectly. They took the money a week before and said tutors are booked for assigment and booked the money.
