I have worked for 3 years in compnay, Directors are not realizing that there HR dept is the main reason of CHAMCHAGIRI culture in company, from last 1 year its getting worse thanks to new HR head.Owners are more laborious but they need to work to throw out such garbage out of company who are not doing there job by cross function reviews process and not taking reviews from HOD only.When I left the company i want to talk with Sudipt sir to let him know whats going on but🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
