I bought this shirt from Burjuman branch in Dubai. I didnt wear it immediately but a couple of weeks later as I bought 7 shirts from them. Now after wearing it just once, I noticed that the color was faded on the shoulders and the stitching had also come off from the cuff.When I took it to the branch, they couldnt find the receipt as they had entered my incorrect mobile number at the time of purchase. Then the store manager came around and outrightly denied that this shirt was bought from that branch. Like, how else will I get a T.M.Lewin shirt ? I cant make one at home..!! I later realized that they had packed n sold the display piece as the shirt was faded at the exact places where the hanger would be n the light was shining from above.Instead of accepting the blunder, the store manager was trying to pin it on methat now it has been more than 2 weeks since purchase, so he cant do anything about it. He was very rude and unprofessional.I was gullible enough to trust them that after trying 2 shirts out of the 4, that were good, I didnt try the rest as I expected them to be of the same quality.This is my second disappointing experience with T.M.Lewin. They should really look into their after sales services. Did not expect such cheap behaviour from an international brand.

I bought stuff worth of 1000 by them. 2 trousers and 4 shirts. One of these trousers I paid AED 350. The trouser was 100% Woolen fabric. I wore this trouser 2 times only and it was damaged from the bottom. I didnt wash the trouser and took it back and they said it has something to do with my body shape and the fabric is too delicate so its not for regular use. The in charge ( Imran ) was trying to justify that it should have been worn for 1 time in a year? :D I dont understand if the fabric is too delicate then make those trousers in my size? I just wore it 2 times. They refused to exchange it or do something about it mentioning that it was my fault because I purchased a delicate fabric. Wont not recommend !
Excellent customer service! I am well looked after each and every time and the staff goes over and beyond to help me pick the right suit and other accessories. The worth customer service I ever faced was yesterday in T.M.Lewin shop in the Mall of Emirates. Salesmen were so slow in their services. Their approach was unacceptable. I felt myself not as a customer but as the smallest clerk near very big bosses. I spent half hour in this shop waiting for requested shirt of my size. Finally, when I was paying for 3 shirts I was told that price is different from what was mentioned before. I was so disappointed by this unprofessional approach, especially in the shop of my favorite brand!!!! For a first time I left T.M.Lewin shop without purchase
