No one fraud agency… no one to take connection this agency.. very poor behaviour and harresment

The only HP Gas agency serving large part of sectors from 54, 55, 56 and all sectors upto Sohna road. Now it has shifted to Scottish Mall, Opp Omaxe Mall on Sohna road. This mall also has a Volkswagen showroom. The staff at the outlet are very helpful and efficient in sorting out the issues at the earliest. The issues are resolved on priority. The outlet is open on weekends also though closed on Mondays. Please ensure before you visit them.

Very poor agency with highly fraud staff.dont even think of going to them.

Very Very pathetic service .....Booked on 16 April 2021 and Yet not received the refilled cyclinder. And main thing is that after on daily basis follow-up. Higher authorities are not working on good level services.....

Every 2nd 3rd month we need to complain against delivery boy, They are unprofessional. Agency never improve delivery service, delivery boy always says, if need, come to my place near Temple which is on sohna badshahpur road. Is there any person who concern for this problem ? If gas cylinder available in supermarket, I never book from here. I hope they down own attitude, they will deliver good service.

Badshahpur delivery very bad service,now these days very crucial time for peoples and this agent not doing delivery and no service, not picking call at all, no response of booking , 4 days no refiling...

Got a sealed gas cylinder delivered which was less than the original weight of 29/30 kgs. Lasted only two months second time also the same issue and after highlighting it to relevant gas authorities they took things into consideration. Got my agency changed to Salasar Gas Agency, effortless experience till now.

HP gas agency. Staff are courtieous and helpful. Lost one star as they charge 1.5% extra if you pay with debit card and 2% if its credit card, so please carry cash if you dont want to pay extra. The given address on Google is wrong, shop number is 20 and its on the first floor of Scottish Mall.

What kind of Gas service provider is this fellow. No one lifts the phone. Even after logging complain in the HP helpline number for the leakage in the gas cylinder which is an emergency situation no body has till now turned up in the house. Dont know where to go now as I am busy in the office. Whats the fun in having the phone numbers then. HP should look into these matters strictly.

Gas cylinder was leaking on calling emergency number no one responded on Ivr got a mechanic no who was on leave and denied coming kept following till late evenning and requesting him to come and help as it was serious matter . Told him that gas pipe tonne replace suddenly he calls back and says he is coming and asked for service charges. No one from agency was bothered to respond for such emergency help

Very bad a d pathetic services. Number is always busy and unreachable. Delivery is delayed sometimes for more then a week after booking. It is more then a week when booking was done but I am still waiting for delivery of cylinder.
