I have worked at valuecoders for about 2.5years and still missing the work culture, the things I have learned and the most of all the people with whom I have worked - Rahul Shrivastava Sir, Mohit Malik Sir, Vivek Awasthi Sir, I have learned a lot from all of them and from my colleagues and juniors even. I just came which checking the reviews of this firm and found it really disheartening that someone used my Name and shared rather a very unprofessional and bad review for this firm. to all the people who are seeing this review its a request to be authentic and have guts to use you own name and not the others to get your dirty work done.Though I am not the part of the valuecoders family but still I feel I am member to it.

Im writing only the facts about the company, you can checkout if its good or bad for you:=The company installs a software on all there employees computer name hubstaff which continuously take screenshot of your computer screen and check your keyboard and mouse activity every second. Theyve also hired a team to keep track on it. Its like a jail.= if your activity is less than 65%(which many times impossible to achieve) they issue a warning mail, and with 3 warning mail you will be TERMINATED=HR has no manners to talk with employees. The shocking thing is::: the HR head was a developer before and hes been made HR head without any MBA degree & prior experience. Cmon Man.. Who does that.. Now, you can easily guess from where this Employee Slavery ideas coming.=For attendance, you will have to install an app in your PERSONAL phone. And you have to send your selfy at the time of IN and OUT. It also tracks your location every second and send it to surveillance team.=They start finding reasons of termination after resignation so that they can save money. They can even terminate you for any silly reasons (in some cases if your in and out location different they will terminate you or your activity percentage is less than 65% for 3 days in month)=They keep changing there company location. In the last 3 years, they have changed 3 places: Peeragarhi (Delhi), Sec 63 Noida, and Sec 125 Noida. So, if you are joining just for the sake of home vicinity.. Think Twice.=There is no employee friendly activities, tours, or anything.. Just work work work and a hell lots of work.=And, the last but not the least.. I was not smoker before, but after coming to the Company I have started smoking 3 Cigarettes per day to reduce the mental pressure.. :(

Experience is not in the numbers, its in the way you conduct yourself. Someone wise said this.The witty part about the organization is that a company which has value in its name, carries no professionalism, dignity and values at all. Well, I am glad that I got to know them too early.Okay, so whom should I start with Sakshi- the so called HR who doesnt even talk like the HR. I mean the way she sounds is so lame.Well, I couldnt stop myself but I was literally laughing at the way they conduct online video interviews. I mean What is website content What is a blog, Is this even a question to ask, that too from a 7 + year experienced professional. Common man!Right from the HR to the so called Digital Head- I think this company is a major flaw. And whosoever, is a part of the organization, god saves them.The JD they deliver is unclear.The company is not mature enough to serve experienced candidates, They give lame reasons to justify their processes.Even after the so called 16 years of experience, if you go to their website, you will find plagiarised, zero value content which has just been written for the sake of it.I want to give them ratings in minus but sadly, there isnt an option. So leaving with 1 (they even dont deserve this)
