I got the worst team lead here. My team lead has serious behavioral issues. Unprofessional and rude behavior. Lack of professional and basic level of etiquettes. Team lead literally does not know how to speak with subordinates. Many team members have left the company just because of this. Finally I have left the company in few months and happy now in my life. I suggest you all please rethink about your life and family before joining here. Please do not waste your life and career here.

Im agree with other reviews in terms of project mangers like they are angry, harassing and humiliating environment also so unprofessional but they showing so smart in front of higher management. I was resigned just because of project manager name with AK. Not only me few more people who have resigned because of the same manager as i. Like other big MNCs, unthinkable should also start taking managers review from their respective team members and take strict action against them. Few manager have cheap thinking and i think this place is not for them otherwise unthinkable loses developers than they think because developers here are so worthy, highly talented.

Review about interview process.I received an email from HR team which contains,Date & Day - Tomorrow, 25th Sep21Tentative Interview Time - b/w 4:00 P.M- 7:00 P.M (your interview time can fall anytime between this window)We will share the meeting link 5 minutes prior to your interview timing,you are requested to be active on mails. Ensure to be available 1-2 hours prior and ahead of your scheduledinterview time as there could be sudden change. Our team will reach out to you on your mentionednumber to communicate about the change of time and on your unavailability interview might get cancelled.Anyway, I have made login and wait from 03:00 P.M, but after wasting of 4 hours of weekend, no communication made by HR team.They dont even tried to acknowledge whether interview is re-scheduled or interviewer is not available Nothing.Entire day get exhausted and ruined due to such unprofessional team.Please be note that interview has been scheduled after telephonic conversation, acknowledging email and submitting response over google forms.Thanks team to showing this behavior before interview process, because after on boarding anyone can make only regret.Kudos goes to SONAL GOYAL and KHUSHI MISHRA, keep it up!

This company came in my college in placement drive.I researched about the company and found thank god I didnt applied.A ton of negative reviews like poor management, no/poor training, angry managers, harassing and humiliating environment, no full salary, No work life balance, fire without reason, no growth, etc.In short people compared this place with the hell.

Please someone from company can tell it is good to go or not .As soon as possible it is urgent

I regret to join this hell place of work. Worst unprofessional working environment with too much politics and favoritism. Everything is person to person here. Too much humiliation and mental harassments. You have to work on off days without any extra salary. Even no holiday on festivals as well. No any single Covid leave or medical leave. After getting variable deductions, I am getting less salary from my last company. Last but not least, please dont waste your time and mind in discussion with the HR head.

Only for those who are jobless ,helpless and sitting at home due to any reason. Rethink your decision if you are going to join here. Its a slavery system. You will laugh in attending the HR sessions and on the things what they talk but they dont have answers on your logical questions. HR guys are just PA of LALA (owner).

Worst unprofessional people in my career. Never join. Just mental harassments & humiliation at poor salary. Unprofessional working environment with dirty politics, favoritism and partiality. Senior management guys literally donthave basic level of communication manners. They can shout on you at any time and in front of any one. Beware from backbiters here as they exist in every department. No sick, paternity, and medical leave and no leave even on holidays. You have to work daily at lease 12 to 14 hours even on off days. After variable deduction, your salary will be less as compare to salary in last company. I regret to leave my well settled previous job and joined at this hell place. If you reply to your manager , then he/she will wait for your mistake and then you will be fired.

Worst company ever...They hire people and fire them with no reasons.. Dont ever join this company. They mentally harras their employees and force them to resign otherwise they will give experience letter with negative points.

In Pre placement presentation they showed a clip of animated movie big hero 6 and showed like they made it.
