Not a good company interview process is also not good

Recruitment process and working environment for freshers is not too much good

Its a well known IT company in gurugram. working environment is awesome.I really enjoyed here during my journey with rapid soft.

Good day for me

I highly recommend Rapidsoft Technologies as one of the best places to work. I have been working here since 2 years and have learnt a lot. The Seniors here are very helpful. They mentor the junior team members and really ensure that the junior team members are successful and are learning on the job.

In my recommendation i would say it is one the best company for mobile application for iOS. These guys create innovative apps with unique designs. Well done !!

Dont waste your precious time in this company, they need fresher who could work without stipend, and without offer letter at least 6-7 month. At interview they took simple online exam of Aptitude and Technical . After one week they ask very complex program from freshers to make it on copy without help of laptop or internet. After that they would ask you to leave the company. They need such a employee at fresher level ,Who could work without help of internet, and without stipend also without offer letter, How could it be possible.????

I have recently joined this company & very much comfortable here.. Higher Management people are very nice with employees. Good platform to learn.

Good place to fresher but their job contact duration is 2 year if you leave you have to pay them 1lac rupees

Never go for interview rapidsoft worst cmpy especially fresher , totally time pass people , I gave 1 interview process took 5 hrs after that they told we will call u, They never call u .

This company is such a life spoiling, only two three stupid senior employees and higher management are here who just do nothing except consistently keeping eyes on u. Senior employees behavior are not acceptable at all. only petty politics they do like just talk about who do what, and they treat new employees like daily wage workers, if u cant believe me , just joint it and rest....U would feel high amount pressure but that isnt work pressure rather pressure bcoz of disgusting politics.if u want to ruin ur life by itself thn what u hv to do is just join this company. Or join it if you want to be a politician otherwise ur life will be a hell. Only god knows how this company is running.

This is worst company. I have ever seen in my life. In this Company interviewers have no sense to talk with a interviewee. When i told to hr then i realised that hr also know all the things about interviewers. So i suggest all interviewee please dont go there. For this company my friend also told me that one his friend worked here then his response also not good.

Please dont go here for interview. This is not a company but just a bunch of people.
