Worst management...called for the interview, and took more than 8 hr just for one round..And in the end when HR was about to leave they took interview hastly, ask irrelevent question just to end the interview

This company employee is very very ill-mannered ,impolite , blunt . They dont know how to treat with the person whom they have called for an interview . First of all I must say you should train your HR. Ms.Anjali You should know how rude behaviour you have and how unprofessional is your technical panel. This is weird that you send your youngest employees for 3rd round of interview which is called interpersonal round and the technical panal person laughs on ETL tool he dont know what constraint is . He says I assume it is something related to transformation.He dont know that constraints are SQL feature . But one thing is sure this company deserves such employee only not the superior and extraordinary ones .Learn something from other companies like delloite how they behave which a person interveiw . It is a big company than yours and they are very down to earth .
