Great ambience,great place to work

I have been there for an meeting recently. Its a leading global IT solutions organization, enabling its clients to transform at the intersect of unparalleled domain expertise and emerging technologies to achieve real-world business impact.The Company focuses on three key verticals: Banking and financial services, Insurance, Travel and Transportation. This domain strength is combined with leading-edge capabilities in Data & Analytics, Automation, Cloud, and Digital.People here are cool. The atmosphere is full of chill. Their basement is all about games of different kinds and food. A fun place to work at. 👍

Today i.e.18 Jan 2020, NIIT technologies Ltd. came to conduct interview for informatica developer in pune. After waiting for 6 hrs got my call for the interview. The interviewer asked 3 questions on Oracle and 0 questions on Informatica. The questions was silly one just to reject people as the had scheduled flight today itself and they were in hush. Is this how professionalism and planning works in this company? what a waste of time and money.

Its a good place for employees in terms of facilities, location except for money. It has equipped gym, a gaming room where you can easily play Table tennis and carrom. Then you get the enviornment in cafeteria according to events runming in outside world just like world cup is going on so you can sit here on bean bags and enjoy the matches on big projector screens. All are also very friendly just like college days. 😉

Once went with friend..Not up to the mark as we expect NIIT. Usystematic hiring process. Taken first round of interview in evening 4.00PM. Usually they call job seekers in weeknd and waste their time.

The interview experience was so pathetic that i will never ever recommend anyone to go for such interviews atleast in this company. You dont have systematic way of conducting an interview, if you schedule a interview for 11:00 am, then why the hell it takes you to conduct even 1 round of all the candidates within 6 hours and above all who conducts Telephonic round for a technical person when he/she has come a F2F round (Technical or HR). If this was the case then you should had conducted Telephonic round, why bother of conducting a Walk-in Interview. Hope this review reaches to the top level management so that no candidate has to to through this experience.
