In my opinion, company’s value and review depends on employee learning and working. Those employees never show excuse which want to work and learn. If someone does not want to work and learn then those show thousand reason of excuse.I joined Medcloud in 2019 and am still working because of friendly environment, no workload and biggest reason is great owners that care about their people. The Director, Anju forced me to come to office during this pandemic situation otherwise they would deduct 20% of my salary. I went but informed that I couldnt continue everyday as there were many cases in my society. She agreed and asked me to work from home and said that there wont be any deductions for me. I fell sick the very next day and took a sick leave which they marked as loss of pay, so I finally decided to leave the company. When I saw the final settlement I was shocked as they deducted 20% of my pay even after assuring me earlier. I tried reaching her multiple ways but she isnt even responding.

Nice company to work. Good management and perfect work environment.

Horrible company,worked over there for 4 months,while working i felt its not a company its like any lala ki dukaanno management, just 1 couple running this company,very rude and unprofessional people,their is a guy name ravi sharma whoes skills like any domestic call center executive but trust me guys he became assistant manager there.worst place ever i worked.
