Hey friends, do not take any services from this fradulent app as they are just looting people. I have seen just now after paying for swimming classes where they said that their pool are operational and you can go, but after taking subscription I got to know their pools are not operational and without my consent, they have postponed my subscription to future date. After chasing customer care through calls and emails , I got to know that currently a competitive swimmer can go there as government does allow yet. They have told me differently when I was taking subscription. Hence, I have concluded that I should not take any services in future and suggest every one to do so.

Because I gave my 100 % and due to politics I had to quit fitso .Pathetic working experience and management only supports chatukar (talve chatne vale log)If you have confidence in yourself that you can do best of your work then search some better option to work .

Beware of FITSO!I joined in Faridabad with 6 months package, but abruptly they closed it down without proper reason, I have even not completed even 3 months Please be careful, they takes decision om whims and fancies. If anybody is recommending you their App... tell him to look out for other health apps, they are much better and glitch free.

LPS school, sadly pathetic services. I had booked for trial for 2 people for 7-8pm slot. When reached there was told I cannot swim right now have to wait they will see if we can swim. Waited till 7:38pm ( no good electricity back up as fans were switched as there was no light) where my slot had already started and then was told by Kunal that there is no place should pick another day or go for refund. Now why would I come again spending money for transportation and again turned down by tha facility for no place to swim. And there another member of four they didnt let them swim. Why would you guys do such a scam on the website showing the slots available and make us pay the payment and then tell us its peak season so there is no place we should try some other day or take refund. ? Highly disappointedStaff is not at all professional or courteous in understanding that they are ones telling us to pay online for Booking for trial. Its totally the management responsibility to arrange place according to bookings done when there is no place for swimming why the heck are they scamming people online for trial

Beware of fitso, these people are only care for money, I purchase package of summer camp in suncity school of sec 37D, gurugram from one of there coustmer care executive mukul. They people told me that classes are from 1st June to 30 June that is of 30 session per children total of 60 session. But when I reach there on 1st June the pool construction is going on. They told me due to some reason the pool is now open on 5th of June. When I get there on 5th of June they again told me to come on 10 th of June, On 10th they told me that the pool is now open on 15 th of June.I request them to cancel the package and make refund then they shifted my booking from sec 37 to oyo town house sec 14. They committed me to refund my 15 days fee. Again they suggested me to get two more children and complete the session for 4 child in 15 days i.e 4x 15 = 60 session. But now they are refused to get 2 another child saying that there is no room in pool, pool is full. THE POOL IS NOT FULL INSTEAD THEY ARE MAKING US FOOL.BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUD APP AND SUCH FRAUD COMPANY.I M NOT GIVING ANY STAR ⭐ IN RATING BUT THERE IS NO OPTIONS OTHER THEN RATING THEM ONE.

Its a great Fitness App, Good people Around. Get fitness session every week. Not always online and also get to meet new people everyday when going on a walk or jogging.

Fitso has well experienced swimming coaches. They really refine a non swimmer to be a good swimmer in just few weeks. Rates are bit high even for those students who are taking coaching in their own school. My best wishes to Fitso.

I found their rates a little fishy. I called on their call Center and was given a rate of 700 with personal training by a lady named Jyothi. When I finalised on the rates with dates etc... I got a call from someone called Rohit who quoted at least 2000 more for each package and more than doubled the coaching cost to 1500. If they want to be transparent their coaching fees should be put up online so it wont be left to the fancy of an employee.

Amazing experience using this app. I can log my meal everyday and know how much calories I took, I can accordingly plan my workouts the next day from the app itself. What an idea sirjee..!!

Farud Company. I take package of 6 months and after 1 month fitso closed the training and didt refund my money.

I am currently training with them in their Fitso Seals programme, which is a swimming course they provide in New Delhi and have to say, I never expected such amazing results in just 4 months. Being a total beginner to a person who can swim 100m in 1:50 and a kilometer in just over 25 mins is huge.The coaches they have is the best you can get; are really patient and supportive with the ambitions that you come on board with, however the most amazing thing is the closed-knit community of like minded people that you get to be a part of, they motivate you for things that you would not have imagined doing ever.I would definitely suggest Fitso to anyone looking to take up swimming/running as this is one of the best fitness startups in india, offering users with a comprehensive list of services.Edit: After been knowing them for a year and half now, I can say that the services have definitely detoriated, it is nonetheless a good place for beginners.

Representative does not have any info abt plans and plan extension... 5 days off in a month for maintenance activity and still plan was not extended... Worst management...

One of worst and most unprofessional organization. They reach out to you on urbanclap, what app and push in purchasing their memberships.. If you dont buy then they blame you only for wasting their money spent in reaching you..

Do not go for fitso program.They will charge and after that they do not resopnse for your queries.I took a plan fora month 20 day has been past but there is no response for my queries from fitso.
