The company needs to do something regarding its criteria of selection of frseher. I was there for software developer post, initially there were programming test in which you have to write code on paper only. JavaScript is preferable there.but u can choose any language of your preference. I write all the codes in Java Language yet they didnt select me for next round.The office infrastructure was pretty bad in comparison to other start ups in gurgaon.Management really needs to do a lot to improve .

I came your office foriinterview. I was wait for my first round i were wait approx 1 hour.during 1 hour i told reception person please inform his/her for my round. after 1 hour i person come for my interview he ask few question during interview session another person call his and he told i am taking interview. after few min anoher person call his and he said that our hr will be inform you. i dont know what he want or interview position is open or not but very poor response from company side. in other word we can say that manner is low level. waste of time and management is very poor dont know about our responsibility. very poor .ridiculuous

Poor interview experience. Receptionist was rude. Please double check the question paper given to you in first round, I was given other profile question paper. It was puzzles and i thought it might be part of my aptitude round, however when i submitted my paper, they handed me another paper saying ‘oh shet, we gave you wrong paper, please solve this one now’.
