Not a good experience with the company. I worked here for 6 months and there is no training at all, all the things I have to do from my end. The worst thing which I havent experienced personally but it happened with others- The Management take their employees as Slave. They dont care at all and hide the Corona patient information on the floor which is dangerous. They only need $ Dollars, but other aspects are also very important. No ratings at all

I wish I could give -1 * .. They will agree with your expected salary and after all the round they will announce you are selected will send you offer letter. But they will deny to provide you offer letter at the end date. Please respect time of everyone and please dont make fake promises to any candidate like you did to me.

I dont know what to say about their recruting process, after giving final round with VP I got the feedback ur profile is good to go for this role but we have to take few more interviews.well if they dont want to select any one they can straight away say no also Recruiter Aayush said they will get back to me in a week . When I have called them after a week they hardly bother to pick my call , also I have sent text message and WhatsApp msges as well but they didnt responded me.Unprofessional behaviour shown by them when people start talking abt this publicly then they will say u r showing attitude, is it attitude can someone answer me?

Worst company I have even seen in my life.. I wish I could give negative ratings. How can someone be so careless, they lost my form and CV which I submitted to them and I was waiting for my turn for the interview for 3hours... After 3hours of waiting , when I asked them, they told me that theyve lost my form.. Wasted 3.5hours of my life because of that fraud and irresponsible company. I think its their everyday routine to lose candidates form thats why they were not sorry about making someone wait for about 4hours is normal things for them. But for us, its not normal... we have wasted our precious time which we could have utilized to another GOOD company not like so called Vaco Binary Semantics LLP.

Guys please dont go there for the interview in night they will keep you there by the 12am and then wont provide you any transportation... I ask them to drop me to the metro by 11pm they said no you have to manage yourself and they recruiter told me if you get late then we will provide you cab abut they lied...there are no management..when you enter in the company you feel like just leave it right now.... Dont believe people guys.. after all its just my experience that they didnt help me at that time.....

Its a good place to work however in some areas such as IT infra, it is lacking, but now binary is improving its IT infra too. Being a binarian, i am happy to work with this company. There are lots of things to learn by yourself or by doing google. There are enormous time to do new thing.

Not a huge organisation, but yeah, average one. Transport connectivity issues are there from other part of city. No generator if electricity cuts off..Just a small call center.

Very less salary, they have voice, email and backed process. Selection process is very lengthy and time consuming. If you are coming for an interview kindly take your patience with you. Everything is very puzzled, HR doesnt follow first come first serve basis. In Technical sales process, people are working like a Buffaloes. My worst experience when I was there was One day the manager divided the people who are not making sales and who got under $100. He calls out the people and asked to stand in front of the other employees. The normal working hours are 9 hours, but they extended an extra 3 hours that mean 12 working hours. Who will work for 12 hours in the night shift voice process? The sales manager will always ask to come for 6 days in a week, and in case if you fail to come they will refer you the HR, and the HR will fire you without giving an appropriate reason. I have no idea in the other process in the company, but In Technical Salespeople are not stable. It was a horrible experience!

Just OK type company. You and your salary completely depends upon manager and project not on company rules. Night shift is fake tech support and u have to do only scames. There is huge difference between in your CTC to in hand salary. So dont go for night tech suport process.

This company is extremly far for metro station. Hr will tell you that it is near mg road or sikanderpur metro satation but trust me guyz it is aproximately 20-25 km away from that place cab will charge aprox 200-250 rs if you want to go by auto it will take 70-100 rs.

I wish! there was an option to give ZERO stars. THE SCAMMERS. They say on call they are HP, DELL, LENEVO, ACER, ACER, etc. I am from tech support background. The HR RICHA CHAUDHARY called me for Tech Support, When I reached there they said its a Tech sales process, then they convinced me to join as a sales agent. The HR lied that its a Tech Support 1st thing. Then I joined they said there will be training of 15 days. The worst time I ever had in my life. No one was there to train, there was only one lady ARTI, she was nice person, but no training. We used to go there and sleep. The manager NAV, the stupid and the uneducated guy (I am sure belong to an uneducated family, he knows only hoe to speak English with accent, but no manners, no humanity, ), doesnt know how to talk with employees. The tech trainer KEVIN came only one day(only for 1hr) and he even doesnt know any technical thing. They were mostly busy in doing scams. They call people from any background and then then ask them to do sale, do fake things, tell customer fake and do scam, if cannot do that, the Manager will Humiliate you, abuse you, show you down, would raise finger even on your past organizations, and ask you to leave forcefully. Even all the HR belongs to the same category, if you complain them they wouldnt listen to you and would find only your faults.I would not suggest any body to go there if you do not belong to the same profile, also ready to get humiliated by the Mangers and higher staffs and ready to get terminated any time.SCAMMERS.

Wish there could a zero star for this. i went to the interview and spent my entire day with their never ending interview process. They made me meet their CTO, CFO and many other stakeholders and then i was waiting for them to revert on the outcome no call, no answers to the call i made and after 2 weeks they ask you to share all the payslips, appraisal letter etc. to start BGV without making an offer. and Recruiter dont even care to care and explain what is going on the background. Very terrible company and its process

Interview process is very slow.

Hr of the company is very bad. Hr called me for interview and reached there at 2 pm I cleared my first and second round after that they said you are selected and I have to clear the final round with senior hr. I wait for final round till 8:30 pm. After that without taking final round they said you can go because vacancies is full filled.
