Koovs is FRAUD, CHEATER, , UNPROFESSIONAL who did not refund ₹2050/- in my wallet. I kep asking them for it for a more than a year and no clear response. The only mail that I get from them is that my request is on speed but no refund issues yet despite sharing my bank details. Its been more than 4 months now and no refund in my account.They have kept my money for almost 1.5 years now.

Bought a jogger on 15 January that was never delivered to me, after a week I mailed them for the same they intiated a refund which i still havent received. I have sent them multiple mails and they didnt even bothered to tell me the reason for cancellation. They have kept my money for more than 17 days and Im still not sure when will i receive it.

My order id is 7767887, 7767872. I ordered from koovs on 26january for abt 2.7K rupees and had to cancel on the same day. Today is the 16th day and i have not received my refund. There is no option to call and the email team stopped replying after a while. It is a total scam. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Koovs.

Horrible experience with delivery agents. A lazy team. They expect you to hang around at home waiting for them all day. They dont bother calling when the parcel has arrived.They promise you a date and time and then dont even bother keeping that up. As for the quality of items,Ill know when it is finally delivered.

Absolutely worst experience ever. I ordered something and when I realised it didnt arrive for days, I contacted koovs customer care. After constantly following up with them and them reassuring me that the order will be delivered and that they have transferrrd it to their logistics department. I randomly checked on the app and see that the order has been returned.And without informing me. What was your logistics department doing, sleeping? Clearly. Their customer service is just a sham to keep you hanging without ever showing you the true picture.

Their return policies sucks. Got bruises and shoe bite wearing their kvoos mesh shoes. And the concerned dept in crunch was they don’t replace or refund. They don’t consider this a quality issue. Just wow. Don’t ever make a purchase if you don’t want your money to be blocked. I might file PIL in consumer court regarding this issue.
