A good place to pick your pair of shoes, sandals or sneakers!! They have a good range to choose from and have options for men, women and kids too!! The staff is polite and helpful! They also offer home delivery of shoes if they dont have the size of your selected pair readily available.

Bata is worst brand 👎🏻 in services and responses. There is no responsible person who can Listen and take your matter seriously and no action.I will suggest don’t purchase anything from Bata store 🙏🏻 Later nothing will be found other than regret.

Staff was not willing to work. Unmanaged queues. Collection was very poor. If they didnt have any product they are home delivery but you have to pay the delivery charges.

My be a good place to visit. Purchased shoes and found that a nail is there inside the sole. Staff is is so much indecent and ill-mannered that told me to see a cobbler outside on the street. Not professional at all. Found that Indian brands are not so serious. They should try to retain their clientele if they want better results. Highly dissatisfied. Better luck next time.
