The best thing is that it is the biggest showroom of bata in Gurgaon and they are following all the protocols for Covid precautions.. Wearing of mask , using of sanitizer… I was impressed..Pl do visit you will get wide variety of footwear… for everyone.. Kids Women & Men…

The store is big and nice. Stock is a little less. Needs to staff up. But otherwise ok.

Too many varieties and its too big but the problem is that the staff is less as per the size of the showroom. Now the bata has been little pricy but there can be better management here.The display has less variants(instead the staff takes from inside). The display is not proper and is little disorganised.

Prefer to use BATA slippers and flotters for my daughter. Amazing variety and superb experience

Nice experience. Location is little tricky, adjacent to the flyover and opposite to MDI. But, car parking available inside the complex. Good inventory for all age groups with fresh and sales stock. Purchased shoes for all family members. In fact, if size is not available, one can place order online with bata by looking and choosing from the stock available. Make payment and Shoes would be delivered to your home. Staff is very helpful and would guide you to choose the best shoes for you depending on your budget and liking.

Cheap Product quality I brought hush puppies shoes with in 3 month colour fade and they refused to change shoes I waste my 5000 bucks do not recommend to anyone very bad experience

Best shop to buy. Its national Head office BTW. Very well organized and beautiful step up showroom but short of proper parking space. It can be more simplified with little more variety of shoes.

This Bata store is located in multistoried building wholly managed by Bata itself. The ground floor is where this store is located and the rest upper floors are used as office and other activities. The premise is well maintained and spacious with road side dedicated parking for Bata customers, visitors and employees.The store is relatively well stocked with almost all high end Bata products. When I visited, I saw products from well known names apart from bata been market and sold by this bata shop, they in some kind of marketing collaboration for that. I liked the range and bought a Husspuppies shoes from this place.Overall its the place if you are not sure about what to look for or in contrast, looking for some thing in particular then this place is worth visiting. Its a shopping destination for people looking for large option to try.

I found the exact same wash room rubber chappals that my mother-in-law uses and wanted. There was only one pair remaining of this model and was of her exact size. Very well stocked footwear showroom.

If you do manage to get through to one of the staff then the next challenge is sizes available.... Selected six different options of shoes and found the size in only one of them... So you shop on the basis of size available and not on the the style you like.....

I am old Customer of bata from Maharashtra location.I was visited to This BATA showroom and i was shocked.The Counter Man is not talking properly and he is behaving in very rude manner.staff is very good and supportive but this man is not good.He dont know how to talk with customers and how treat them .So request to BATA team please visit and talk with this man , and take some respective action against him otherwise because of him all gurgaon BATA customers is not satisfied.Please take some immediate actionThanking you

This is the flagship store of Bata India as their corporate office is located upstairs.This store has top of the line products and the entire footwear and accessories range alongwith discounts.

Its a nice, big store with a lot of variety and super friendly staff. The only downside is that theres a lot of crowd in the store and stuff goes out of stock pretty soon, especially the products on sale. All in all its a decent place to find comfortable and quality footwear.

Wonderful store... someone gifted me a pair of shoes that I wanted exchanged... I went to three stores before here and I couldnt fine the styles I liked... one of store managers suggested I come here as this has all the styles here... and when I came here... I wished I hadnt wasted so much time and energy going to those other stores... excellent collection... good customer service... with a smile! And within 20 minutes I picked up what I wanted and was out of the store...
