I find this service centre better then the ones in Delhi.They try to help me out with the issues.. N ask me to compromise on few aspects which they could not help with.Overall experience was satisfactory.They seem to address the issues mentioned by customers.

Worst Service Center of TATA. Feels like to say TATA BYE to TATA Motors because of due to Hartron Motors. If you deposits your accidental car to this SC they takes months means THREE to FOUR months instead of days or weeks. They makes false commitments to their customers

I went here to do the second service of my Tata Nexon. They did not even service my car and delivered it back saying it is done. I have deriving cars from last 10 years and I know when a car is serviced. When I called the service center and highlighted the issue, they obviously did not accept this and started saying ki issue kya aa rha he car me. I am never going back there and would advice everyone to not to go.

People here in TATA service center forgets to do things.They forgets to close the open loops , open hooks and even open nuts/bolts.While my first service they didn’t paid attention to what I said about the battery issue and here I am again, my car’s battery got discharged completely and now they said density of battery is low it needs to be charged, and now my vehicle is there for next 2 days.I mean what type of service is this?Also, just came to know, now they don’t even wash your car under running repair. They simply inform you the price of that, which is 750 plus taxes.I think, buying Tata’s Car for India’s betterment and being more Indian, is going to cost me my mental health.I should’ve purchased SONET/VENUE/ECOSPORTS in place of Nexon.

There are only two showrooms of Tata in Gurgaon. Hartron services are extremely bad. Initially, they didn’t give delivery of my car on time. I got my car’s delivery after one month. Then I got call from their service centre for service of my car within one month.I thought, first service is due because it should be done within one month or 1000 kms like other car companies. But when I reached service centre the attendant informed me that 1st service should be done within 2 months or at 2000kms. I checked the service book and found that attendant is saying truth.Overall experience with Hartron Motors with both showroom and service centre have been really bad.I suggest everyone to buy Tata cars from Arya motors not from Hartron.

The people are polite and the service is quick but there are many problems. My Nexon has not even done 40,000KMS. Not even completed 3 years. And the service cost i paid was 12,000INR. And on top of that they broke my AC went while dry cleaning the car from the inside. Then they wrote on the bill when you come the next time they will change it. Now i cant even adjust the Vent because of their mishandling. Customer satisfaction is not at all their agenda.The last time when i took the insurance for my bumper they could not even match the color of the car with the bumper. Have proofs for each details mentioned here.Zero customersatisfaction.

Staff is polite and good, centre maintains good level of hygiene. They have an automated santising machine at the entrance. Not all cleaning staff wear a mask, which is the post service section..

Done my Tata zest car service 2 times here . First year bill was 10000 even though had P2P.Second year bill 13000 again P2P this service centre is a money churning centre. Hold On beaware before going there. I am regretting now. Red flag to those who are giving 5 star to this centre. They do only one thing nice talk thats it.

Horrible service. They dont close any complaint.Both body shop and service centre are horrible.I kept complaining about my breaks and handle problem (it gets jam while reversing turning the wheel) from the 1st service and they still didnt do anything.And after an insurance claim the fuel intake cover was changed. But it doesnt close. I complained everywhere but nothing happened.Theese guys just sell you a service package instead of repairing the faults.And then they shamelessly call you to get service done from them.Horrible. Really disappointed in their service.

Got my Tata zest 2015 serviced 90000 km service.The car had its timing belt changed.THE CAR AFTER SERVICE FEELS THAT SOMEONE IS DRAGGING IT FROM BEHIND. DROVE 388 KMS THAT MAYBE TIMING BELT IS TIGHT AND WILL BE OK. U WENT TO THEM AGAIN TIDAY 18/8/2020 AFTER 11 DAYS THEY CHECKED AND SAID SINCE IT IS OLD VEHICLE ONLY 90000KMS EGR MUST HAVE GONE , AMT MUST HAVE WORN OUT.A PERFECTLY RUNNING CAR AFTER SERVICE DOES NOT RUN PERFECTLY.IS ANYONE LISTENING.THEY ARE NOT.I drive Tata Vehicles only, and have driven tata 207, indica v2, Indigo XL and now Zest. Next dont k ow which Tata vehicle.

Didnt had a good experience, they keep you waiting. Their approach to your problem is not very professional. I asked for a simple screw tightening they told me to go and get it done outside? I will not recommend to visit again. Moreover post free services its better to get your car looked outside.

This is one of the better Tata Motors workshops I have visited. The service is fast and the staff is courteous. Got a free pick up facility when I booked my service. It is better to get your car serviced on a weekday as its less crowded. Your car gets more attention and the time consumed is lesser. Unlike most service centres, this one has a showroom for new cars too. You can check out the latest range while waiting for your car.

Good staff, always listens to customer requests and also have good waiting area. Customer service representatives are nice and knowledgeable but cant say the same about their mechanics. The worst place to o get any service done. Currently Im here at the centre only and the staff has no technical knowledge about anything. there is no engineer available here.. I came here to get my hexa serviced and m facing alot of issues. firstly they updated the wrong software and shockingly i only found this flaw when everything was done and i was not getting a few option while starting the car.. then again they updated the so called right software, and they had no idea about its settings n all. then after they took it for wash and rubbed my side footrest thus made a serious dent over there. then after i got to know that they put in the wrong oil ... are they serious... m so frustrated.. i came here at 12 pm and standing still here.. and trying to get things in place, at least the way i took them here... worst place to visit... worst ever experience..

Very bad service experience. They dont even do proper checks for every thing. Its a big service centre and they have a single employee for doing all the checks on car so your car will not be checked properly here. I have more problems in my car now after service than i had before.

Nice experience so far (visited 4 times) (earlier had bad experience at two other dealerships of Tata). Mechanics are friendly and happily explain and discuss the problem in vehicle. Pickup and drop service is also good. Customer interaction deserve 5 🌟.

WORST Service Center!!!I had a very bad experience with Horton service centre. I live in Noida and was going to Jaipur in weekend. Suddenly I started facing some issue in my car when i reached Gurgaon to I visited the Horton service centre for my problem. But they instead of solving my problem only did the servicing to increase their billing and problem was the same. When i started my journey again and faced the same problem after 15 kms and i had to revisit the service centre again. But still they did not do anything to solve my problem.

Very unprofessional body shop folks. They extorted 1000 Rupees estimation charges for insurance claim without doing any repairs on my car. The customer relationship manager did nothing to help.Even after paying 1000 rupees for nothing I asked for my car. They took 30 minutes to take the car out.Be very specific about everything and dont take their word on anything if you are visiting this workshop.

Reason people are scared of buying Tata Car is because of the service which is the integral part of the car for years. I have seen government services getting satisfactory in last 6 years but Tata Service has managed to keep the bar at lowest and steady.False information, up-selling of unnecessary parts like brake pads, wipers, suspensions, boosters etc and not resolving the actual complaints seems to be Thought Of The Day in their daily team meeting.Tata should take serious actions on these service centers replacing the Service executives, labours and management as one time clean up measure.All successful companies did this and not sure why Tata is holding back. Producing world class cars and still unable to complete by likes of Hyundai and Honda. While the solution is simple still management is sitting on that.To summarize my experience with Hartron motors service center was horrendous and nightmare. They kept my car for 3 days for service and 2 complaints. After 3 days, they were kind enough to inform me that they cant resolve 1 complaint. Added 20k for parts which I am not sure even required replacement. Service executive Anil Kumar reminded me of MTNL employees I dealt with 15 years ago. Even billing me for 32k, he keeps forgetting me and my car issues while we talk for more than 6 times in a day for 3 days. And best part for all the inconvenience they decided to compensate me generously by giving me 1k discount and I just paid 31.5k for service and clutch replacement with all the parts I never felt like an issue while driving.When I asked to speak to GM about the issue, Anil Kumar told me that Mr SC Dimri is on leave and therefore cant speak to him as his mobile is switched off. Imagine that customer service being on leave on Thursday keeping his mobile turned off with no delegation.Probably my first and last Tata car and desperate to sell this off once I recover from this 31.5k expense (after discount).

Worst service centre of tata that i ever visit in last 7 years .Staff behaviour wasnt good specially body shop team. They dont give full information about the process if customer is not aware about the rules also not supporting customers for the solution of their problems.In my last 2 visits , they performance level is zero out of 10 . each time i had to follow up from my side to check the status.Even the message convey by them for work completion was fake .Lots of problem left in my car after their completion , no inspection done by their team before handover to customer for checking.so dont go to this service centre for any type of work.Search some another service centre for better care of your vehicle.

Took 7+ hours to do the 30k KMS servicing. I was at the SC at 9:40 and among the earlier ones to get there.The cleaning and polishing alone took more than 2 hours as they have only one team that works on it causing a long que of washed cars waiting to be polished. (Attaching pick for the same )The staff is friendly but they try to sell you anything and everthing. From gold amc to roadside assistance to even seat covers.the service time is the slowest I have experienced in 7 years of owing cars .
