Ive been staying here since May 2018, this place used to be a better place to live with luxury but unfortunately not now. Rooms are missing with basic working functionality. And its been more than 2-3 month things has not been taken care. Every time you get assurance thats it. Im living with assurance. Ive to stay here till the time I do not get the claim for my Sports Bike which got stolen right beside from this hotel in the presence of gaurd. I thought of getting CCTV footage which could help police but unfortunately they have cctv installed but none of them work. Lets hope this place gets back to its original shape as couple of floors are under renovation. All the Best who are willing to stay here 👍

Not recommend. Needs better Maintenance. Rooms, Banquets all need renovation. Better cleaner hotels are available in the same budget range.

The most unprofessional good looking hotel. Unhygenic washrooms ( found pee laying around on one of the seats of the toilets they showd us )Even unhygenic mattress . Worst experience of ours ever! .They literally made me give them 5 stars from the app i booked after that too.

A hotel managed by goons and bullies. Worst service and infrastructure condition I suffered a near death experience due a blast in their sewer tank during my stay there and the most unfortunate part is that the management is not willing to take any responsibility.Please avoid any stay at this place or you will regret on every penny spent.We are going to file a formal complain against this property and will keep updating the social forum to un curtail the real face of people playing with lifes of their customers.Thanks,Prateush SrivastavaAdvocate

Its a homestay, with no wifi, neither any room service but has decent living facility with a reception.

Never stay in this hotel. It is also unsafe for couples and is situated in an inconvenient location. No one was there to pick up our luggage..dirty bathrooms and rooms, no water in the room..even no lock in the main door.. ugliest breakfast Ive ever had.The hotel is a ridiculous choice mainly because of the illiterate, lazy and rude behavior of the staff working there.

Good but very far from metro station.so please make sure you have lot of time to reach there.use google map so that you can there easily .The nearer area is not good.

If you want a cheap stay with nothing on mind.A slowly dieing property , no facilities room are dirty room tv not working and over and above when you want to travel somewhere it hard to find a ola cab but ola auto can be booked to the nearest metro .My recommendation stay away when you are traveling from comfort but can make choice when it come to money very cheap but that doesnt mean you can stay here with family not ok with that staying single just to sleep in the night is ok.Be careful it can be a nightmare. But above all staff is good thay just check what ever they can provide according to what all they have.

Not so good,looks good from out side and inside but rooms are very old and all wall leakage,buffet breakfast served but bot tasty as such only 1 item in breakfast.I would suggest its better to choose any other hotel in this price range.

We had worst experience with this hotel. 1st 2 days it was all okay and then we have started seeing many hiding issues. Management is not responsible and they dont even bother about what is happening in hotel. Services are worst. They charge lunch or dinner buffet for Rs: 750 + taxes and which is a higher price than few reputed hotels like IBIS etc. And number of items in Buffet are very less and doesnt taste good.The transportation is very pathetic and every day we had to wait for 1 hr than requested time to pickups and drops.They conduct some dance parties in the hotel , we have seen people coming with guns to attend these parties and dont even imagine what are those parties. And whole night there will be loud music during these parties, due to which we wont be bale to sleep. Their maintenance is pathetic. Until and unless you dont tell them to change the towels etc they will not do it.. we have seen that same towels they use to clean commodes etc. No Hot water in the hotel.The reception is not sensible, responsible and they always forget for what we have asked. They will give one SUV and asks 8 people to adjust and none of their cars have AC and are in bad condition.Even after many complaints they say it will be rectified and it will never be rectified. i have seen this.

Nice place but was way too far from metro station , so every time we have to spend 50 buck from hotel to metro station (fixed rate)

Location is bit away but the hotel is good. Cab or personal Car is the only option to compute.

Great..but these days this hotel is Oyo 26932 RV Homes..this hotel is started once again..after many bad reviews now this hotel is establishing a new reputation..

Pros. Nice ambience big interiors.Cons. These out numbered the pros..1. Recieving is pathetic.2. Ill mannered staff.3. Room had a broken mirror in Bathroom. No hand towels and not even a door matt at bathroom.. The floor was wet when ever we came out of bathroom.4. Didnt provide atleast a room heater in cold freezing weather even on repeated asking.5. Room didnt have a nice glow.. Had a large glass window with construction stuff over there which was ugly.. Asked to change room but they refused.6. Breakfast was worst of all Gurgaon.. Even roadside tiffin center would have provided nicer breakfast than these people.7. On last day when check out had to leave without having breakfast as it was crowded and no place for anyone to go into the breakfast buffet.Sorry guys you have to improve a lot apart from naming it a corporate hotel.
