After first service of my all new i20, the suspension and steering behavior changed completely, like an old car. It is not able to take tight turns without losing speed anymore. They have no explanation of why this happened. Even after an independent inspection of the car by some other service center, they were not able to explain why this happened.

Vert bad experience i have faced recently. Last month i got serviced my car periodically (4th Paid Service) without applying required lubrication/greasing of hinges & other essential contact parts even charging for this. It is totally ignorance. Lost faith of 10yrs customer relation with Hyundai.

Worst servicing by Dmn Hyundai, they are just keen to get the money.. dont care whatever is the problem with your article.I was having very bad experience of first 2 services of my Creata by this company but again l used to get a lot of promises by their staff to give best services during my 3rd service..l had raised the voice that wheel balancing need to do along with issue in map,back side wondow..this Dmm Hyundai Gurgaon sector 49,Sohna road has charged for everything but didnt work out..all problem are still there and even they dont care to take s feedback.So guys never go by this service center..worst experience.

They called me and said there is an offer on car service. Free Alignment and 15 percent off on labour charges. Also, entire service will be done below 5000 including taxes. When I reached there, they first said it will be 6750 + 18 percent GST. After much discussion, they said we will do it but not cover in bill. If it is not covered in bill, in company records there will be no proof that you have taken this service and if something goes wrong, you cant blame the service dealer. I got all the things done from gomechanic at less than half price with proofs and guarantee. I do not recommend these people.

Pathetic customer service, I could see there salesman n office staff busy in their own priorities. I had tried emailing multiple concerns n calling too but no one cares to respond or call back. I proffered to cancel transaction with them and approach for refund of my booking amount..which they giving me wrong commitments again to refund and now while I m creating pressure to refund they deducting Rs 3000 from mine booking amount... really I wouldnt prefer such kind of dealer in future to anyone. Will still be posting reviews in other social medias too

Visited for the first time over there. The place was quite clean and easy to find.I was contacted by Service Advisor there and then when I reached there. There was no delay in providing the cost estimations and guiding me to proceed further. My car was even ready much before the estimated repair/delivery time.Definitely, would look forward to visit again, if the need be.
