Nice experience. Service was good. Maintained Hygiene. Plus point is location. But very costly. A simple regular chai cost you 85₹+tax. Though it is a premium segment you can expect premium prices as well.P.S: Though you can pay any amount, Nobody can beat the taste of street vendor tea.

Over ratee chai and very expensive.I remember before they will sell 1 litre chai for around 120 rupees now just cup of medium size cost 90 rupees.They sell very expensive chai and cheat people as online rates are completely different.

Went there last night. The ordering process is seamless and easy. Since we has kahwa on the menu there was no question of buying anything else.However service was slow considering that they said they were preparing kahwa from tea bags.Water temp was super hot when it came and had to wait for a while before the flavour started to come home.Service time needs to improve atleast for tea bag preparations.

Me and my wife decided to go chai point as we heard good feedback from my friends and it’s really amazing exeperience specially I would highly appreciate Vikash he’s such a very attentive politeness definitely I will recommend to others to visit once again thank you Vikash for your hospitality towards us .

I liked this place.Very well cornered place.Well maintained by the staff, clean place.Staff is very good, polite and well trained.I was served by Ms. Rosie, she is very professional.Now, there’s many options to select from.I liked their masala tea much along with some cheese sandwiches.So, next time if you’re going to DLF noida, do visit the place.Highly recommended.

Very good test ginger tea

Visited this place for a quick tea and really liked the variety of tea and snacks available. Had masala tea and masala chai bread. Both were quite good.Giving a star less due to unavailability of items. Wanted to have ginger tea but it was not available.

Terrible experience. We ordered tea, and thankfully only tea. The tea took a long time to arrive and was cold when served. We had clearly specified that we wanted Sugar Free/ Equal with our tea but when being served the tea we were told that they were out of Sugar Free and equal and they were now sending someone to buy a few sachets. The tables were not being cleaned and despite the fact that there were hardly any customers the service was very poor.

Chai point mall of India is a very nice place to hangout with family and friends. It is also very convenient and at easily accessible. The ambiance and staff is very good and professional in their work specially Arjun Kumar who is always very polite and kind in her nature... 😊 Thank you chai point..

The tea was good and refreshing.What I didnt like was they were not providing free water, which most other such places, like chayos and Dunkin do.Moreover, bottled water is such a menace that organizations should avoid it.

My family visited Chai Point, DLF Mall of India, Noida on 28/12/2020. They ordered one samosa, one veg puff and two chais. The samosa crust was OK but the filling inside was stale and the potato tasted horribly. One could make out that the item was definitely old and stale. This could have even led to food poisoning. The quality issue needs to be definitely addressed by Chai Point with all seriousness. We were of course, offered a veg puff in exchange but that doesnt close the issue.

Ive know chai point since it started service their best tea. It hasnt been the same taste but then now chai point is more about memory than anything else.Like always ordered ginger tea with banana cake. Banana cake was barely bananaish! It had all other flavor of the world except banana. But the tea was bang on.The right amount of strike youd want after having tea.... Is what has been delivered every time and again from this outlet.The service was prompt. And kudos to the brand for launching so many merchandise over the period. That certainly keeps the customer more connected to the brand

Ummmm...please improve the taste across your shops. Cut the cost and have a small cup option in menu instead of medium cup with wastage. Also the temperature of chai while serving is sub optimal.

Very congested seating and limited space.If you want to grab a quick hot nice tea, you can try out this place! Ginger masala tea is my favorite. Menu is limited, includes Maggi too but the quantity served is less as compared to the price. Home delivery is also available.
