(fair enough)Day 2: Your name is there, ok. The witness address and phone number should be in printed format in rent agreement (seriously).Day 3: Your landlord proof is required now.They are so rude, they will tell you take another appointment every time. They event dont tell you exactly everything about document.They even dont right in written that the proof is not appropriate. They just refuse to work.This is how government employees working there. I will make sure this will be reported to senior officials.

It was good experience at MM Tower Passport Seva Kendra. You have to take appointment for making your passport. Staffs were good. This is located behind Airtel Building at Gurugram and front of Novus Tower.

You can take rikshaw from MG road to reach Passport Seva Kendra its hardly takes 10 minutes in rikshaw from MG road Metra station. Its small office if you compare from ITO but not crowded like ITO office. Polite staff and less time consuming as compare to ITO office.

Staff is very accommodating and helpful...5 star for it. They are not in hurry and help you completing all formalities as per process.Just location is pathetic, parking is issue so better take cab instead of your car unless u have driver....are is absolute unsafe n full of garbage around.Do keep all original papers and xerox ( they have machine inside also)....so that you dont end up spoling your day.One complaint, they try to sell you latherite cover for 600/- and sms for 50/- which has no use...and when u dont buy they will give u bad face 🤨.I had three time passport renewed traveled 50+ Countries still now they said police verification post passport...what a joke...everyone seems selling some thing not directly then through police verification atleast....

I was told that I will receive my PCC in 2-3 days... It has been a week and I havent received my PCC because of which I cannot apply for my visa, my classes have already started and I am stuck here only because of my PCC....I tried calling the customer service but no one ever picked up.

This review is for my December 2020 visitThe location of Gurgaon PSK is easily accessible. You get an allotted time at which you will be given entry. Try to reach early and if there is not much crowd you will be allowed, specially true during covid days as the rush is not much there.Thankfully, now they offer paid parking in front otherwise parking a car was a big headache.For covid: Make sure to download Arogya Setu app.Your documents will be scrutinized at many levels, the final one will be by the govt. officials. Aadhar card photocopy is a valid address proof, just make sure the digital signature is valid(a green tick mark on pdf document).Now they are offering a leather passport cover for around 500-600, not sure if its a sham as I didnt opt for it. If you want to opt for SMS update(around Rs 50) make sure to take the change.The staff was friendly and for a change the final stage processing officer was friendly and cheerful.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience than this.Ill have to mention the way these people work, a person whos having an appointment at the place wont feel idle for even a minute out lf those 15 for your appointment.As, theyll only allow you to get in a minute before your appointment and then as soon as you get in you need to be ready.Theyll be redirecting you to 3 different counters where different procedures are carried out.Out of all the ones belonging A category are the ones where the most important work is carried out.And when you get through all the counters you just need to fill a feedback form and take the exit from the back gate and in just 12-15 minutes youre out.

Process is very smooth. The only problem I feel is parking. Very less space compared to footfall.

We went for renewal of passport. As per Appointment receipt we need to carry zerox of supporting documents like Age proof, Address proof. However they asked for current passport copy!!We got it done inside only.They charged us Rs 50 for SMS service.They also lured us to buy passport cover worth Rs 500.All services were very fast. Total time taken 35 minutes.Car Parking is available outside building @ Rs 50.Overall we feel satisfied.

Everything from beginning to the end was a wonderful experience. People at all the counters from the verification of documents till the end of process were extremely patient and helpful.Hats off to all the staff for your good work even in the most difficult of times (Covid Pandemic times)

Like every other PSK this place is also well managed. People can drive their car till there but parking will be difficult. See the picture. Two wheeler parking can be managed. Entry to the building is restricted by the appointment slip or SMS. Number of counters inside are adequate.

PSK Gurgaon is a nicely constructed government office for the Passport. It also has a Chai point wherein you can get beverages and snacks to relax and wait for the time. It also has seating facilities available and counters for different category. The security and maintenance is good.

Wish I could give 0 star. These guys will ensure that your work dont get completed smoothly or not get completed at all. They will have their own set of rules in addition to what we have on their website.First time I went these guys asked for local address proof which is not required by the way as anyone from anywhere can apply provided they have PAN and aadhar. They left me with no other option than to submit the local address proof. Since, the accomodation is provided by the company, I got the bonafide from the company and submitted the same. Now, these guys are telling that they only accept the bonafide from the PSUs. Again they could have informed me about it the first time itself. But No, they believe that everyone is free and they do not have any other work but please their egos.And try to talk some sense with these guys and they will stary shouting.Thanks to these guys I still do not have a passport yet.

Very well maintained PSK and service is very good. I found the employees also helpful and observed that they treat Senior Citizens in well manner. Time is well balanced and you will not waste time here in waiting. Be ready with all required documents handy with you. You will also get photocopy facility inside building with self payment basis.

Oh such fast service nowadays. There was a time when even tatkal used to take 15 days. But now, even the normal applications take less than 5-7 days. This is my second experience at this Passport Seva Kendra and the fast process has really delighted me. Only problem is parking.Pro tip: if youre reading this in early June 2021 and need your passport, go now. Theyre open, sanitizing and not at all crowded. Youll finish processes in 20 mins max and will get passport within the next 3-4 days.

Visited Feb 2021This is well organised passport center with polite employees. Since this is located in busy office area, parking would be difficult to find but youll have lots of option to eat from roadside vendors. Also there are shops for photocopy nearby at walking distance.Passport office formalities are smooth and you dont need to come in advance. They call by appointment time. The first check is for documents review and if you dont have any document, need not worry as you can book the appointment again on same application.I got my passport in three days using tatkal services.

Very bad experience. Staff is very rude and not supportive. It seems they have not learn how to behave with other. I gave them proper and clear Xerox documents still they didnt accept and told me to get Xerox from them and charged Rs 6 per page. I have to pay Rs 48 only for six pages. Same thing happened with others also specially with Senior people.

On this place everything is so organized in a way, so that if a person who has never been there still would be able to do whole things successfully and the staff is also very helpful in case of any need.

Passport seva Kendra is located at MM towers, Udyog vihar phase 4, Gurgaon, Haryana. There is one chai point next to entrance. You can sit and have different types of tea. All the staffs of passport seva Kendra are very good and well mannered. They are very helpful. Before going there you have to take online appointment then you can go there. There process is simple. It will not take more than 1-2 hours. They have different que for senior citizens, ladies and children below 5 years. This thing makes your life smoother. Inside to passport seva Kendra there is a small counter of cafe coffee day and they have very neat and clean washrooms.

For Minor Passport Application, please bring the High Resolution Pic on Glossy Photo Paper. Matte finish is not acceptable. This guideline is not mentioned in Photograph guidelines document present on passport site.I went there with photograph meeting all the guidelines like white background, 80-85% face but due to low quality matte finish-:very light pic scanned by scanner and which will not be reflected in ghost pic at the time of Passport printing.Nearby shops are not providing the passport pics according to the PSK.

First of all, i would request you not to take your own vehicle. There is a lot of traffic outside on the road all the time and there is very very less parking space available.Get inside the building at your appointment time. Youd be assigned counter 1 or 2. Verify your documents and keep self attested photocopies of your proof ( adhaar and 10th class certificate preferably) . Once you get the token ( took around 30minutes for me) , its merely a matter of 20 minutes(A+B+C) . Everything works swiftly here. Staff is supportive. Security guards help a lot in maintaining the decorum in the premises. Air conditioned building. TVs are deployed to check the status of your token. Names are called by the officials. Do not worry, the officials will help you,guide you with uttermost respect. Photocopy shop is inside the building ( Re 1 per copy). ATM(bank of baroda) also available inside. No 5 stas till they add more counters for token, because there is always a room for improvement! Peace.

I went for passport renewal and it took 1.45 hr. Not because of staff but the people who come with absolutely no preparation.Fill your form online and read all the details carefully, what documents you would need are clearly mentioned.Prepare a file with all original documents and self-attested photocopy of “ALL” of them.Step 1 - While entering, guard will check your appointment message or print out both will work. It would save time in further process if you can carry appointment print out. Guard will guide you for next step and will mention entry time on appointment printout. Be on time. If someone is accompanying you, he/she/they will not be allowed inside and can wait outside at the tea point. People are helpful inside, so do not worry, they can speak Hindi and English both.Step 2 - You will find queue 1 and 2 for men and women and 3 is for senior citizens. Be prepared before entering in queue please and respect others time. Now, be ready with your original documents and photocopies. Representative will take your document and will tell you to wait till the time your name has been called. Now wait behind the queue and go to same counter when they call your name. They will issue you a token number by writing it on your appointment printout page.They have photo copy machine also in case you need additional photo copy .₹1 per page, but I will suggest to come prepared to save time.Step 3 - Now go to another room, and you will see marking “A” in all the counters. Remember your token number and go to the designated cubical when it displayed on screen. E.g. your token no. Is H21 you will see on screen A6-H21 it means you have to go at “A6” cubical. They will take your picture and fingerprints, passport cover offers & SMS service for passport status if you need it. Then they will tell you to move at counter “B”.Step 4. You will see same screen and need to go at designated counter. E.g. token no. B2-H21. It means go to counter B2 government officials will check your doc. And if anything will be missing or needed, they will send you again at counter “A”, like Address not matching from Aadhar card. Else they will send you to counter “C”.Step 5. Last formal step, go to section “C”, look very closely to TV monitor for your token no. Because if you miss it, then your turn will come after 30min. They will check your paper and that’s it. YOU ARE DONE!You can exit from back door, guard will ask you for feedback on a feedback form. That’s it.Guys it hurts a lot when I see that people don’t even come with pen and absolutely no photocopies. Kindly don’t do that, it creates hassle for others.They have a tea point outside passport office within the building as well.Nearest metro station is Huda city center or iffco chock.P.S - it’s hardly a 25-30 min. job if you come prepared and will reach 15 min. before your time. Don’t take your car or bike, absolutely no parking.

Superb servic, got appointment of 2.00pm on 23 July get enter got token in 10 min. The counter A take 2 min. Counter B take 5 min. Counter c take 1 min. All the process is very easy and well digital not interference in given no. And exit less then half hour. Nice people very cooperative.Be reach on given time nither they not entertain you.Food option also available outside of bulding.

There is this one egotist employee who made my experience bad. He told me he wont process my application as my permanent address was of somewhere else. I just asked about the PAN India application which enables us to apply from any PSK.It hurt his ego and he asked me to wait.He made me wait for 2 hours and then called. With Not Accepted written on my application.He referred me to the head who repeated the same.Such douche just adds on to the hassles! Just say, No, I wont do it. Cause no one respects me otherwise, so I wish to feel like a boss here. That would be enough! No point in wasting others time!

Ive been trying for 3 weeks to get through, it takes 8-10 mins just to connect to someone. Then when you finally do, nobody speaks, this is ridiculous.

I applied online for my mothers passport renewal. The online process was pretty straightforward. I uploaded two documents- address and DOB proof.The office visit was little less than exceptional. The biggest issue was a long line to gets the documents verified. I stood in the line for over an hour, even after a confirmed appointment. But, after the initial review of application and documents, the next steps were pretty smooth. Overall experience was positive, except the long wait for getting the docs reviewed.

Wonderful experience! Well managed by TCS staff. Quick processing and not very crowded inside. Make sure you arrive 15 mins before your slot and all documents are in place with signed photocopies. Even if you forget you can get copies made at only Re 1/- inside. Limited space parking available right outside the centre at Rs 50/-. Make sure your photo meeds the guidelines in case of minor (glossy paper print with a high res image).

Passport seva Kendra near cyber city metro on Rapid line Gurugram. Its a government department...very well management for each and everything. It may take few minutes to wait outside the building but once you reach inside everything will be going very fast if you came will all proof of documents. Everything is very well managed.

The staff was extremely rude. My sister, mom and wife went to the office for renewal of passport and came back with an extremely bad mood. Although some staff were kind and well spoken, a few were extremely high headed and rude. Loudly shouting on people who’ve come for appointment is highly unacceptable.I had visited the PSK in Bhikaji Cama Place for my own passport renewal and had a much pleasant experience.

Get passport renew only when needed. U can get it renewed with in 3 years from the date of ecpiry. Apply online using Google. No parking available. Whole process takes just 30 minutes. They will try to sell leather pouch for passport for rs 450. Expensive cafeteria in the premises. Now police dont visit for verification neither they ask for verification from two neighbours. Just visit police station with necessary document and dont forget to say thankyou to them in their way. Now u can have passport in your hand just 15 days. Photocopy is inside. They dont keep any document with them. Retur everything after scanning.

I visited here in Aug 19 when I applied first time for my passport. In my first visit I went and follow all process and after some time my turn came and show the docs along with original if all docs which were upload during online process. Executive reviewed and tell me the some corrections and suggest for next visit. All were so easy. No hassle feel anywhere. There may be some parking issue.

Its been a month I have applied for pcc, my verification is over, n I got the msg that pcc is already dispatched to your current address. After 3 days again the status is showing that it s under review at passport office. May be they provide pcc after an year. Worst service I have ever seen.

The tower itself was well maintained with guards leading you all the way.However, access to this area is through a narrow road and parking is a pain point.

Gone are the days when we used to stay in queue and wait for multiple hours for our turn. Today, it’s very fast process and you get your passport within 2 weeks. Don’t need to carry passport size photo but for a toddler you need to carry. True deserve 5 stars.

You want to test your patience, visit this office.Let me tell you how they operate.First they start with verification and the moment they find the first document not proper they will send you back. They wont even look the other documents to tell you the documents which you need to ring along with you.When you are back with the rectification of documents, then they will again tell you that you lack some other documents as well and give you some other date. I have already visited this place 3 times to find 3 mistakes in my documents which could have been solved on the very first day. They made me travel 3 days for just one signature and 10 days for phone number.

Wonderful center, clear and quick guidance, swift action, neat and clean place.It only took me 1 hour for completing the formalities both for my wife and son. Well defined procedures.

Very worst experience.... On Friday they leave early at there time without any information through mail or sms and next time I was late by 1:15hrs and they denies to entry. It should be some flaxibelity to users.They are early leaving office on Friday at 4pm they closed to office while office timing till 5:30 pm. Please follow proper timing for all and everyday.

After getting token service is good. before getting token you need to stand in queue for about 20 min outside office entrance, after that document verification will take place (10 min) then wait for token (15-20 min) and then service is smooth inside counter sitting facilities is there and limited access is inside PSK. There is only one washroom in office premise for visitors. To get there traffic is huge issue in office hours.

Getting a passport isn’t a pain now as the service has been drastically improved. Customer convince is a priority now and one do not have to run to passport office due to a missing document. Also the passport website has been designed beautifully with all the major information present at one place. Staff member are helpful and the process is all computerised which make it so much easier for people like us. Well clean bathroom and water facility available at the PSK.

Passport application can be a painful process if youre looking at a post marriage name change if you have not corrected all address proofs. It is a trickle down process talking at one counter to another, then the TCS counter, then Asst Dir who is the master of all decisions and back and forth! The vigilance committee members are helpful. Also for documentation there is a domino effect, until you do not have atleast 2 proofs with name change and the newspaper, do not bother visiting the Gurgaon PSK passport office. They accept e-Aadhar but do not accept e-allotment paper for PAN, it is the rules! Additional Director Mr. PS Rai is a stickler for all rules and procedures. I still await completion of my process of re-issue of passport despite two visits, and I pray now! The authorities seem to be taking special care and interest in you as they ensure that you spread your visit over 2-3 times, as they will not at one go tell you the remedy, they seem to take special interest in making you queue all day and then reject your application, I mean send you away to return again. All the time you will waste in painstakingly looking at all documentation online will be inversely proportionate to the internal agents MOOD at the PSK Gurgaon. Ease of doing business zindabad and it may be damned! The agents outside will surely help with your mood. Enjoy the maggi (with tomato and onion) at third chai place run by two young boys. Counter system is designed beautifully ... Working in pre order manner that helps us to save our time. It only takes time on pre documents verification once you reach inside first step is to go on counter A .. there will be led screen where you just need to look for token number once it comes just proceed to respective counter A and it will take max 5 minutes on that counter if everything is fine ... Then in you need to wait at counter b again there will be led screen ... Once your token reflects on the screen just proceed to respective counter b and it will take hardly 3 minutes for verification and now last stage counter c.. led screen there will be a pop for respective token number proceed to the counter c and share the docs and they will verify within 3-5 minutes maximum .. and proceed to exit gate there will be a guard who will take out the slip from docs and ask you to leave . Everything done best of luck

I applied my passport first time. I fixed appointment all process are good. but when verification office come to verify he ask me for bribe Rs 2000 i replied No for bribe. He said he cant send file properly. and at the delivery of passport postman ask me for bribe rs 500. total Cost of Passport Rs 4000. Thats a Business of Govt Job.

Services are fine....only problem I found was parking. They don’t parking area nearby so people have to park their cars on the road because of this, there is always a jam on the road. It’s not safe either, police people are always there to tow the cars from the road. Otherwise, staff is friendly and responsive. They are quick in completing the task. Really well maintained, staff is very good, no delays if you have all the documents. Reach on the prescribed time window.At Entrance due to the verification of documents it gets a little busy but all the other counters you dont need to wait much. Max half hour it takes to complete all the process and exit the building.

At PSK Gurgaon right now! All MEA officials went for lunch at the same time. Counter B literally gets closed from 1 to 2, while public is waiting hungry. You would think they would keep atleast one open, but Nope!

Seek appointment under queries section and fill the form which will be given to you at the time of your appointment give it to the same person.C.      Take 2nd appointment under the same section and visit them next week so that they reinitiate the police verification, as now the onus is on you and passport official, don’t  reinitiate police verification at the time of first appointment for reasons best known to them. It took three appointments for me to get the reinitiate the police verification for previous address.D.     Take the appointment again and visit to check whether police verification has been reinitiated or notF.       Now even if your police verification for previous address is clear passport office will not resume processing your application and this was told to me by RPO , PSK, R K Puram and you have to seek appointment and request them.G.     Finally, Tatkal scheme is assigning priority for printing and dispatching and not for issuance of passport on priority. This harsh truth is also told to me by , RPO, PSK, R K PuramH.     If you are lucky you will get a passport in two and a half months as I got it.J.I believedmyHon’ble PM when he claimed that passports are issued in 4 to 5 days but no longe

The token system is good as per the standard of other government places. Once you enter with token, you will meet typical government employees who wont be courteous, and behave rude. But the work will be done in less time. Overall good experience if you will compare it with other Indian government offices.

Passport office is well organised.. With good time slot managementStaff at passport office is helpful and guide people well throughout the processThe only downside is the lack of parkingIt took us 20 minutes to find parking.. So one should add that time and reach well in advance to get inside on time..

Starting with the parking!!! They don’t have any parking space so you need to struggle with this first.Secondly the security staff is very rude.And then the final part comes inside the office!!It looks like a fish market. Nothing organised.There are 3 sections you have to go through for completing this task. Section A have 10-12 counters and section B have only 3 counters in which 1 counter is not working at all. So it takes a lot of time.Now comes behaviour of the officers. At first they look like a respectable officers but upon reaching them you will face the most arrogant and rude officers you have ever encountered.They are not cooperative and are the worst persons I have ever encountered.One of the worst experiences in my life and I suggest not to go in this psk.

One of the worst public offices in the country. The people in charge of this place lost my 10th class certificate. In counter one you need to show them your 10th class certificate in order to be able to renew your passport. I gave my certificate to the lady in the counter and never got it back. Post which they blamed ME. And stated that I had forgotten to bring my certificate but the problem with that is, if I did forget then how did they clear my passport renewal? Obviously they saw the original document in order to do that. The staff from that point onward refused to take any responsibility, I was told I would be contacted but that didnt happen either. Regardless the staff inside was incredibly rude and insensitive I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. Its really sad that you trust people with your original documents only for them to misplace it and blame it on you. Anyone who wishes to go here out of necessity, please keep an eye on all your originals. The staff is always extremely distracted and inefficient. When I asked them to look at the camera for proof, they refused to do that as well, typical irresponsible public office that will never accept their mistakes.

This PSK office is close to metro station MG road/Sikanderpur. You can easily reach there by just taking auto from these two metro station. If you are having proper documents that you have mentioned at the time of enrollment then it will take half an hour to complete your verification at PSK office. All the information will be shown to you after generation of token no you have to just go to three counters for different verification.Office is well maintained with all the basic facilities like clean toilet and drinking water with air conditioned premises.Note:- please carry photo copy of original documents. You will get photo copy service inside PSK also at nominal price.If there is a little mistake in your any documents leads to rejection of your application so before taking appointment make sure that you have all documents are proper. After reading previous review I got little bit scared but when I reach there everything will be fine and staff are just asking for original documents with attested photocopies.

Looks like, passport office is opened in Third party premesis, the gatekeeper (private) at the building gate, dosnt allow you inside popsk. I gnored him and went inside and to my surprise the popsk was open and staff was working. Mislead by gatekeeper.
