Its a typical lala ki dukan where the fat owner sits on a swivel chair and does nothing while rest of the customer facing staff is busy watching videos on their phones. You really have to pester them to answer your questions and ask for your products. It feels as if you are doing them a favour by buying from them. Also, they charge 18% extra if you want a bill, so another person who doesnt believe in paying taxes. The four stars are for the collection of tools available ranging from local brands to Stanleys.
