Staffs doesnt know the composition of the drugs, not even a 1% discount which is the first time that I ever come across. Even when you have membership, there is not much benefit. Being a medical practitioner, they even abuse of that too. How will the other people deal such situation. People are being fooled by the pharmacy. Prefer the nearby pharmacy. I never give feedback on any matter as suchh till now but for this one I have to.
The person who picks up the phone is very rude,he thinks he owns the apollo pharmacy,he deliberately sends the most expensive brand of the medicine,after receiving i checked again and 300rs medicine was also available of same salt but he send me the medicine which was of 1100rs of same salt.Worst experience 👎🏻
Very poor service. Payment made but even after 36hrs no dilevery. Requested for refund. No refund till now. Avoid them.
