Very bad experience. First of all the service is priced very high. Secondly after repeated warnings they will hardly clean the inside of the ears of the dogs. The staff that works here handles the pets roughly. And after knowing the situation inside our condo with stray dogs they manage to get my pet bitten by themvwhike she was being brought back from a bath. Uncaring, untrained attendants I will never give them custom again.

After last month service, my dog got skin infection. And today when i again called for bath, their person told me their towel is 2-3 days old. And their owner says they cant be expected to use a fresh towel for each dog. Imagine paying 1700 for a bath and not getting a fresh towel. It seems making money is more important than your pets health.

Im very disappointed with this shop owner. He dont know how talk with customers also the prices are very high all the things and he cheated with customers they change the tag when i exchange the product and then he misbehaved with us rude behaviour.

Rude staff and owner, their advantage is they are placed just adjacent to a veterinary clinic. Else no one would even walk in here.

Very horrible staff I do not recommend at all, I was sick and wasnt able to pick up my dog at the soonest so they charged me 1000rs extra because I was 1 hour late to pick up my dog,y dog is, 500,000rs hes Maltese imported from Japan , Tokyo and its obvious I wouldnt leave him in the hands of these people again, they yell at their customers and have no respect for the pet or the pet owner, in fact I could easily tell that my dog was a bit frightened by them after I picked him up.

I would give them 5 stars and heres why... this was my first time taking my dog to a grooming parlour Ive never visited one before. Due to my dog being frisky and and unmanageable it is very difficult to cut her hair at home and she wont even let you touch her and would snap at you. Shes an apso mixed and her hair grows long and gets really really matted. Usually we have to take her to vet who sedates her and then only can we manage to cut her hair and some I cannot get her sedated frequently I have to wait for hair to grow. Due to lockdown and everything it became so difficult to get her hair chopped and this time the matting was worse than ever especially in her snout and eyes area. I took her to trumpptez to show her and see if they can do her grooming as she would snap and be difficult, but the guy who did her cutting, he was really really good and so patient with her. She would snap and charge at him and he would very calmly let her do it. I was extremely shocked and surprised that she went through the entire grooming without being sedated. They did such a neat and clean job on my baby. Now that I know there is someone who can manage her and cut her hair easily Im going to be there regular and not let her hair grow so much. Thank you Trumpptez for your excellent service.!!!

I live in a town where cant find such services. Happened to go there on recommendations made by my friends at Courtyard. Product discounts are as per players however what they do exceptionally good is the grooming. What i also admire is the range of the products.. Will surely come again

The staff is highly untrained and don’t know how to handle dogs , they are always frustrated and handle the pets roughly, my dog got injured while grooming.

Staff very very rude, not responsive and not professional, they dont know how to deal with the clients and how to behave with the people, very bad impression.

They dont sedate while grooming the pets. I am so happy for my pet. They take time to familiarise first . Treatment for my dog was as per my expectations . Keep up he good work!!
