This company is one of the fastest growing organization from the past few years. I had got an offer from this organization but was not able to join since I had got a offer from an MNC. But yes, if you dont get an offer from an MNC of CMMI level -5, I would recommend this company to each and everyone since the way its growing, it will surely get into the list of MNCs after some years.

Their associate directors dont know which position they are interviewing the candidates for and what questions to ask.They want to hire project managers at the salary of technical lead. Stop wasting each others time please. There are better companies out there.

Horrible place, worked here till 5 years in Edw department every single day was my lifes last day, so much work pressure, no appreciation, no rewards only abusing people, lead always reacted like she is super intelligent. so much political company. No career no value. Higher management always supports to leads and leads thinks they are not lead they are the owner of the company. This is regarding Edw department. They are spoiling the life of the people, one employee also committed the sucide here.Such a horrible worst place to work.

Exceedance is a very ggod compnay. I personally know many of my friends who worked here. This company is people centric and helps everyone in every aspect. It is a great place to work and you will get the chance to showcase your talent , skills and abilities.

Very Unprofessional Attitude of the HRs. There are no value of yours in front of them. They intend to make the things according to them. I went there for the Interview through consultant, I am Fresher so i thought that they will ask questions related to my skills but i was utterly shocked because they want a guy who can even make Tea at a free time, who knows the skills out of the world.I am good in excel and learn about the Profile which i have Applied for but all in vain. The salary package they would offer you is 15000 Per month and what else can you expect a Fresher Guy and youre thinking that youre paying a hefty money ?You can even crack the exams of Google but not Xceedance. I got shortlisted in Accenture even much more salary what they offered to FreshersI smiled because everything happen for a good reasons.

I dont have idea now a days. But 3 year back hr ensure me to be selected and after that no communication from their end.Wrost experience

Today i was gone for the interview after 1:30 hours they call me for the HR round and after that they ask to me about current CTC and Expected CTC according to my Exp. i was said Expectation but HR said i can not provide.They waste my important time and fare . So guys i would like to say dont go for the interview and one more think they are showing only more candidate comes for the interview. They want full stack developer but dont want to as per the skills. Very bad experience.

Never ever go for the interview specially for BI team and specially when Vartika Shukla is there because she is not there to hire the employee, basically this company hires to employee when employee is having strong managerial reference..Totally time pass company..Vartika Shukla is frustrated employee open challenge for her - Write a query to get 50 % data from the database not from the table...ahahhahahaa..lol

Didnt like HR wasted my 3 hrs

Hye u guys dere.. all reading this review..I would like to say got go for the interviewOr trust the hr of the company..I also read the reviews.. but still gone for the interview, thinking different people has different situation, on which they might not get selected.I gone through 6 to seven rounds, nd they call me for the scnd day as well..and hr said tht u hav been selected.. whn i askd for cnfrmation mail. Frstly they dint rplied properly n whn they does.. it was a negative response.So guys dont trust the company. Neither the hr policy
