Neetu Mam was very co-operative for the transport delivery and its got on time actually its look a little bit difficult but because of Neetu Mam its go very easily for us.Really a good experience to work with such person very punctual on time and a good quality provider.

Shifted belongings from Pune to Bangalore using the part load service. Trukky team was very approachable for queries/concerns and always helpful. Delivery was also on time.Communication over mail and WhatsApp were very effective. Note that they provide only door to door service, so packaging should be done by you. Would recommend them for anyone who is looking for moving items between cities.

So here I am after receiving my stuff. I would not recommend their service for relocating household stuff.Simply they are not movers and packers they are just doing transport business.My fridge got dent. My crockery got broken and my quite expensive olive oil got spilled on almost every box spoiling every item in each box.So you can imagine how your stuff is handled at their facility.Apart from this, they were responsible only till the time we placed final order and made payment after that we have to make calls to different people to get updates. No tracking, no updatesNow comes to driver. There is only one guy who came and he was not so polite. We had unload our stuff by taking help of others. He didnt helped at all to unload stuff. So they charge for door to door service but its not like that.Be very careful before going ahead.

I transported my bike and my personal stuffs with Trukky from Noida to Coimbatore during lockdown.Bike broken major parts dent on petrol tank, stand broken (Expense about 15k).In my personal stuff items were missing like wifi router about (3k).They dont have own transport service and the service is worst when it comes to solving the problem.Items delayed more than month while receiving.I dont recommend Trukky. Either get your stuff stolen or broken. Better to avoid this scam company. They try to get the cheapest mover and you end up losing more.

Poor Service provider with extremely unprofessional staff. Even the owner with whom I interacted on linkedin for my issue with their services was not concerned. Best is to avoid them. We used them 2-3 times for sending material from Gurgaon to other state. The staff has a rude tone and attitude like we dont give a damn.

They have suggested me to collect it from warehouse. Imagine the heights.. why would I pay for door to door service if I have to collect it. Very good customer service! They assign a person for our order and they call back to us. Best thing is theres no need wait long minutes hearing the IVRS. We can directly conatct the person we booked through if we have any issues. Delivery timing was as promised. And my suitcase arrived safely without damage. Just ask for a wrapping during pickup.

I wanted to ship my luggage from Bangalore to Hyderabad and opted for trukky. The overall service was good, except for the handling of the order offline(would have preferred placing the order online) and the package handling during shipping. Nevertheless they contacted me after placing a request in their site and guided through the process. Provided timely response for the queries so appreciate that.Some of the boxes were torn or opened up by the time they reached the destinationn which could have been handled safely.

Amazing service. If you can pack your stuff well, then its way more affordable than a movers and packers service. I shifted from Mumbai to Dehradun and it took less than a week to get my stuff. Via train (when youre not on same train) it can easily take much longer and movers and packers charge more than twice. Trukkys service was really great and their staff also very clear about everything, helpful, and very courteous. Recommended for moving of any size and distance.

I have been using Courier Force quite frequently and have been very satisfied with the service provided. Last week, however, there was an unfortunate glitch which was immediately attended to and sorted out by them.Here, I have to make a special mention of Miss shivani who was so polite, courteous and obliging and promptly sorted out the issue.

I was expecting much better service from Trukky. To start with they were very cordial; even the owner (Mr Shubashis) engaged with us to ensure that we enrol for their service but once the money was paid we had a very hard time dealing with them. The response was extremely poor and the info on their website was completely misleading and incorrect. They even closed the trip online before the delivery of the material which I guess is to cover-up on their SLAs. All they keep telling you is dont worry without giving you the real-time update on the status of the truck. Overall found their service to be very poor. Will think twice before hiring them again.Note for Mr. Shubashis- You have a great concept and platform but it seriously needs to be looked into for how your team is managing the systems and SLAs.

My experience is too bad ,they tricked me to pay 7k (35 k was the actual charge as per our pre discussion ) more and threatened me that they will not unload my cargo until i pay the extra charge for no reason
