Great building for it companies. This building provide rented offices for your business. Every day workers cleaning this building. Very hygiene bathroom, halls, floors and other part of the building. This building view is so much osm and many reputed companies are having head offices here. I dont seen any minus point here everything is good and great.

Building I’d good but the parking charges are too much. Ra 30 for 3 hrs and for 4 hours 70?? I read that these malls are been instructed to offer free parking space in the basement as the y for relieved in basement taxes but to my surprise they are charging really big amount for people who are working in the premises.Really hope that some action been taken in this issue. Nice office space...

Well, as far as infrastructure is concerned, it is remarkable. Tall and beautiful building which has several office space there.Many employees come there everyday to work in their respective offices.In addition, they have elevators to take people to high floors. There are guards sitting at front gate and note details of every visitor. So, it is safe too.However, canteen facility is not upto the mark there. Everyone goes outside the premises to have snacks and tea and coffee.

Office building. Big bazaar and Reliance trends are the only stores here. The Big Bazaar is quite spacious. In all the Big Bazaar I have been to, this one happens to be the one with most space. The store is not very big.As per the notice from MCG, basement parking is supposed to be free, however they charge you if you park on -1. At -2 level, which is free, Spaze has cleverly marked all parking slots as reserved. Not sure if they can do such a thing.

Spaze I-Tech Park, Sector-49, Sohna Road is located near Omaxe malls. Many facilities are available near this tower lead-in to lot of convenience to the people working here. As co pared to other business towers in 6 kms radius its the best location one could get to work. Its been 1.4 years here am enjoying its ambience.

Had to give one star just to write the review.This company is not worth the investment. They also hold back the cashbacks. Workers like Mukesh specially, spoil the name of the company. I have been waiting for my cash back since the last 2 months. But the person who is responsible to get it done-Mukesh- is not picking up my calls, replying to my messages since the last 2 months and when i meet him the his office, he just makes fake promises.Writing a complaint also doesnt work.Worst company.

Having worked in an office in this building for some time, I can review this place, the pain areas of this building are the parking, lift and the maintenance guys. The parking guys have put a barrier and have started collecting parking money far away from the building entrance, which makes people (working in the building) who are dropped by cab, to walk from parking barrier, all the way to the building entrance (which is a significant distance). The situation becomes alot worse when it is raining. Maintenance guys which I believe are JLL guys dont do a good job maintaining the building. We can clearly see, stagnant water in the basement parking areas (all levels) right where the vehicles are parked every time it rains in Gurgaon. At times you can smell foul stench in the parking area. All the left hand side elevators stop on certain floors rather than all floors, putting extra burden on the right hand side elevators. Hope these issues are read and rectified by concerned team.
