Good hotel but the service quality needs improvement. Also, a stinky smell was there in its restaurant. May be due to longer period of closure due to pandemic. They have enough scope for overall improvement

It was good experience to stay in this hotel Ramada but especially this Ramada is not matching its facilities with Ramadas of the country...Morning breakfast is having good spread of items.Internet connection is quite fast, located just on the main road so didnt have to strive for search. Also there are many options if resttaurant nearby if you want to have outside food...

Buffet spread was extremely basic. Basic breakfast items were missing, which were available only if you ask.The walls are too porous/are not sound proof. Could hear music being played in some other room, chairs and tables being dragged, kids wailing and shouting. Not the kind of atmosphere you would want in your hotel room. Too disturbing if youre an early sleeper and dont watch the TV at night.

This Hotel doesnt deserve any stars(they claim to be a 3 star property). Everything is lousy here. There are many Non-Star properties which are better maintained and have good service than Ramada.I am surprised that Ramada group has allowed this property to function in the present state!

Food they serve is stale. I stayed for 7 nights and found food specially dinner to be stale. They never serve fresh vegetables in dinner. In name of mix vegetables I feel they simply mix all leftover food and put thick gravy to hide and simply serve. Food is NOT fresh. Useless soup they serve.

Room service was awful, they took 1.5 Hours to serve Tea which was super expensive and Tasted like Trash.If you are going to charge 25 Times the normal Price for a Tea then atleast make it worthy of it.Rooms were Super clean and had a good view, Had Good Lightings and Easy to reach Controls.

Hotel indulged in a Scam! They didnt follow Indian laws and constitution as they charged double taxation/GSTThey charged 99rs for a 35rs MRP chips and when you told its okay make a bill they add additional Taxes on 99rs so you have to pay almost 120 rupees for a 35rupee chips..Please close these kind of hotels who is making india fool by not following indian laws

Pathetic ambience and worst Service.Worst room service and house keeping service I have ever seen in my life.Room service were picking calls late. We were provided 1 water glass in our room, and when we asked foe extra glass they said it’s chargeable.Second incident- when we went for the breakfast and asked person to clean it, they just picked the plates and didn’t clean the tables.Third incident - when we complaint about the services, he was giving the excuse they have staff issue that is the reason they are not listening or cleaning the table.Fourth incident- we asked for the spoon, however they were giving us the used spoon and thankfully we saw it.Five incident- we asked for the juice and inside the juice box there was a tissue paper and other particles. We asked waiter to give us the juice box for the complaint , however he ran away from there and brought the sealed one.I will never prefer this hotel to anybody. Most pathetic experience we have had. Never expected Ramada’s service will be like this.Most pathetic and worst service.

The hotel seems okay in terms of rooms and amenities. Better than the likes of Double tree who seemingly are big hotels but the service tells a whole different story

I am staying in hotel for 3 night 1st night alot of noise from neighbouring room, repeatedly called reception to ask the guest for lowering the voice in mid night no solution for long. Second day again another guest started with loud voices at2 am, no staff capable to ask them to stop making noises and disturbance to other guest, i changed my room at 3 am at the cost of loosing my full night sleep, staff incapable to controll the people for indiscipline a d inconvenience

Overall a positive stay experience with some cons.Pros: Study table and chair (you can work comfortably in room). Location is surrounded by corporates, so roads are good. Digitally controlled AC, Bathtub 🛁, cleanliness, room service, hangers in Almirah. 2 towels which are replaced dailyCons: Outside food is not allowed, so you cant order online and nearby dine-in options really suck!! They keep certain snacks and beverages in room, but dont tell you upfront that they are chargeable (e.g. a 25rp kitkat is charged 100+taxes=136, which you can easily get in outside shop).

Fantastic Hotel, Nicely built, Fabulous Interiors, Food is also very very hygienically made and is suitable to the taste and pocket too. Lobby area is aptly decorated. Actually its good for a quick coffee with munchies or even for a lavish spread of meals. If during this side of Gurugram this place definitely deserves a visit and for sure cant cant be a miss

The place is fine. Room is average. They will ask you to pay for the basic amenities like cutlery or ice which are not chargeable in other 5 star hotels like Vivanta.We paid almost 500₹ extra for the room upgradation which included bathtub and 20% discount on the food.Also, outside food is not allowed. They made us keep our food in the reception area.So, basically it was just an average stay.

I have visited Ramada twice, but I wont like to visit Ramada again, Their executive suite is not up to the mark as per the price they are charging, thats the experience of my first visit, on my second visit I accidentally spilled some chocolate moose on the bedsheet which is easily washable and they have charged 1200 extra from me for that stain, I showed them how easily it is to remove that stain even with a single wash but the manager was not cooperative at all, Infrastructure is okay but not up to the mark as per a 4 Star property.

This is a beautiful & comfortable property located near to Huda City Centre. We stayed in their suite which was quite big, spacious & well lit. The beds were comfy and the washrooms were so clean and well maintained.We had our lunch, breakfast & dinner at their in-house Cafe Rogue. Genuinely, the food there is outstanding. We ate so many dishes there and there was not a single dish which we did not like, specially their dal makanhi & aloo chatpate.We also ordered a sandwich & some drinks at our room, those were also yumm.The staff here was so well mannered and attentive. Overall..loved the hospitality of Ramada Gurgaon. Recommended.👍🏻

Very hectic at the time of Check in, also the staff was very bad at service specially the f&b staff. Very good hotel in Gurgaon sector 44. One problem little bit faar from metro station.This hotel also used for OET (Occupational English Test). I went here my OET exam .They dont have waiting area for candidates family or friends, thats bad I thing I experienced here.

Even a non star hotel has the facility of adding all room services to the bill which one can settle at the the time of checking out!

Pathetic service except room everything was so pathetic..I have booked a Buffet Dinner in my booking but there were no snaks starters at all in the buffet just 2-3 main course and breads..And on asking whether they can provide us with 1-2 snaks as I was paying 1500 for the dinner buffet the manager there started talking rudely and said that we only have these items aur kuch nahi hai..Even the guy at reception with long hair was extremely rude..Even they were charging for ice which I dont think so any hotel can charge..They are not giving a justice to the reputation of chain of Ramadas hotel..

The most pathetic service and the most rude staff I’ve ever experienced.Highly unhygienic, considering covid times.We asled for a spoon during breakfast and the waiter picked up a used spoon to give.They charge even if we ask for empty glasses in the room.Never had such a bad experience in my life

Ramada should learn from they towards customer service..even in Ramada Customer service persons are not polite ...a rude tone they have..i wont stay in ramada in my whole life..even my colleague wont choose Ramada for future travel.

Location is good. Overall everything is fine .outside food is also allowed by food apps.

The ambience was good and staff Hospitable and Well Manered.

At par with all the other Ramada hotels that I have visited before. The staff was helpful, upon request I was also given a room with a bath tub.The room had all the needed amenities. There was also a packed minibar with snacks and soft drinks, which were billed at the time of checkout like usually incidentals are.Great property with an easily accessible location.

Incredibly poor service from the moment I checked in. Room service didnt have majority of the items listed, the staff were very inflexible with any request I had, from allowing outside food to allowing a visitor to even extending check out time to accommodate my flight timing. And all this after I had already booked a stay for three days and accommodated their inflexibility. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. This place should be lucky that Goibibo does not have the option to give negative ratings.

Good Ambience. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The lobby is in a way that all the rooms open at the central dome of the facility. 2 lifts for travellers. Dinning areas are located on the ground floor. The Reception is not big. I would term it as OK OK types.Cons :I found the dining facility option to be weird.Eg. If in case you need extra plates for your personal requirement in room, a pair of plates with bowl is charged for Rs. 50.. Which I personally felt is weird.Also as known, we cant order food from outside but I did it in my way.. 😋

Being very honest I have been to ramada many a times. But this was the first time i was not satisfied with the services. House keeping people, they dont know there responsibilities asked for sleepers they said thats your problem have to arrange on your own. I want to ask them what if the person has booked the hotel for one night will he/she specially carry the sleepers. Apart from this , this was the first time they said that if you order food online it is not allowed, I mean like what??? If the person dont wish to go with the hotel food he/she will stay hungry. I dont like the changes that they have made in there policy. And the staff should be humble shoul greet there guests with a smiling face. It was all there before dont know what has happened to these people. Everybody is frustrated now a days but this is there proffession and they should do it properly if you will be so rude do you think people would like to stay there or recommend anybody, obviously a BIG NO. So on the basis of this experience I would never like to visit this place going forward and neither recommend anybody.

Spacious and clean rooms.However, food was not upto mark. Options were highly curtailed. Even basic salads were not available. Bar was open but indine was not operating citing Covid restrictions.all orders had to be placed from roomReception staff was quite discourteous.i had asked for a non smoking room. However, the room received had smoke smell. On raising the alarm, they said they will send a room freshner. Only on approaching the higher officials, the room was changed.
