I have a teacher and a friend and her name is Aishwarya Shettigar. She is a really nice and generous person. She also helps me if I get spelling wrong.

They are great when they want money and they just give false dates and promises while paying back. I cancelled the classes after 23 class however they have not refunded money since last 2 months. Nobody gives any proper response. They have even told me that money has been deposited when I continuously followed them.They are no where close to any trustworthy organization. I would recommend not to join classes or atleast not to pay in advance. Why cant they take advance for a week and ask you to pay every week. I know its not feasible but this is how these people need to be treated.

Its been 2 month since i have joined Planet spark , my experience was really good and my trainer miss Aishwarya Shettigar she is an amazing teacher , one thing what I most liked about her was she does not only teaches the portion but she improves our personality side-by-side and i had amazing classes and i am waiting for more exciting classes with her.

Very nice trail demo session with teacher. Their LMS system has all the necessary things that will be helpful for the kids, it includes excellent study material, monthly student reports etc. The coaching style is excellent. very good company

Its a worst company. Not at all customer friendly. The curriculum is exhorbiantly pricedAlong with it if you want to withdraw child in middle of the cuourse They will not at all respond and support in refunding the remaining amount .My suggestion is that think twice before agreeing to there financial terms and conditions

We are enjoying the live one on one session of public speaking for my 10 yo child. He is a bit shy and often rambles when he talks with a lot of information he wants to say but couldnt quite place a word out. After a few sessions, we can see improvements on the way he tells his stories, citing examples for us to better understand. What makes it set apart from other classes is the LIVE ONE ON ONE sessions enabling the teacher to focus on him alone, less distractions. Good investment for your child, the public speaking skills until he becomes an adult. This is him performing his weather report as part of the Science Final school exam.

Pathetic and worstAbhishek is a cheater he made false promises about the sessions timings and didn’t share the curriculum for 30 sessions The teacher (Neha Bhatnagar)provided on the very first session to my six old was wasting her time by not answering the queries and was in very much hurry we wanted refund just after the first session but Abhishek insisted to change the teacher the other teacher wasn’t aware about the curriculum and later Abhishek flunked from what he said and didn’t even reverted back to our messages for refund the amount paid Abhishek told us that Shreya is the concerned person for refund and that lady is also not reverting only revert that she made was that today is Sunday although someone named Alex called us just before who was so ill versed and spoke so badly with my wifeThey are not reverting nowFeeling cheatedBeware everyone Abhishek is a cheater and Shreya tooWe are struggling to get back our hard earned money from these frauds

I am a student here at Planet Spark.I have been here since February.I have my 1:1 sessions with Ruchi Kapoor Mam.She is an excellent teacher, friend, buddyLike she is my all-in-one.The way mam speaks ENGLISH is amazing.I also had a bad experience with Planet Spark. I paid for 60 classes and 30 activity sessions.After 30 classes of mine Ruchi Kapoor mam started informing me that all of my classes were completed. We tried calling Gatha Verma mam for a few days but she just didnt respond. After 3 months Ruchi Kapoor Mam helped me reach higher authorities. A month passed since this happened and still my issue was not solved. So from September 1st Ruchi Kapoor Mam took up the responsibility and started coordinating with the officials and helped me to resolve the issue. I just love how Ruchi Kapoor mam shows interest in imparting her knowledge and shaping me into a better student.

Ruchi kapoor maam is a great teacher and she teaches me in a fun way and until I get the topics correctly, and I never get tired of these classes, she encourages me to do better, and taking these classes with Ruchi maam has added more confidence in my personality, and I am glad that parents have taken these classes for me with Ruchi maam.

PlanetSpark is a great platform for children because their teaching style is very attractive and different, it makes children feel relaxed and fun.

Not trust worthy people. They assure you and dont take proper follow up. After payment they could not provide me tutor for 2 months later on assured to provide so,but I denied so they assured to refund me now after 6 months also I am not refunded, who will trust on such institutions. Now they are not receiving call also

We are not satisfied with the services from Planet Spark, Teachers are not serious, they are just taking advantage of virtual learning, saying connectivity is not good, not able to listen and keep postponing the classes, we tried to complain multiple times in customer care, nobody responded in customer care. Finally we dis enrolled our child and now we are struggling for refund as per refund policy.....Planet Spark Team dont have professional and customer centric approach..Very pathatic experience.....Dont go with Planet Spark.

Course Contents appears lucrative, session with teachers also good. but when it comes to the Sales team, it is horrible experience. First they force you take 165 session course for 21 months. They try to convince you that your child has numerous issues for which he needs full 165 sessions of 21 months, which contradicts the teachers feedback for ur child. Then they start forcing you to get registered for full 21 months course immediately and that too with full payment at one go which is a whopping amount of 1 lakh plus.. If you express your inability to pay such a huge amount , they trap you in their monthly schemes like ECS mandates/ Credit cards EMIs to book your slot as seats are limited. These are just an eyewash and leads to full amount paid to them ultimately, even before the course begins. If you say you want some trial period, they claim that they will refund balance amount after 3 months. worst comes when you ask for a day or two to think ,they become rude and start misbehaving. they dont listen to your limitations and quote illogical arguments. They force you to pay then and there and start behaving like extortionist, as if their whole aim in life is to extract 1 lakh rupees from you asap. And if you deny, they become extremely disrespectful.Such greedy attitude raises suspicion on the credibility of Planet Spark. Their claim of limited seats is negated by the fact that whole year they are advertising and trapping customers desperately. Once you are trapped, there is no guarantee, you will be refunded. When they cant give you 48 hrs to think before submitting money, how can it be believed that they will refund money so easily as they claim.You are just a prey for them on which they are surviving. Beware of such frauds.

My child loves acting and this requires good public speaking skills he is studying at PlanetSpark, my child said that he never felt like they were teaching him like tuition, they were teaching him using a different strategy, which gave him great comfort and feels awesome

Very complicated process to follow for just paying fees... And fees also varies from person to person.... I went with the demo class liked it at the 1st place... But post that not able to enroll because of the processes involved... Not sure of the details they ask for like salary slip, bank statements, OTP, many personal details which should not be required... Better to leave this and look for other better options...

I had my third round of interview today. I didnt get the time slot when I could have done it in a relaxed manner. Neither date was of my choice I was forced to choose the date they want me to be present. When interview was going on I asked the trainer to guide me the steps so I can share my PPT. She replied terribly. And when I was speaking she just turned off her camera without letting me know anything. This made me nervous. When I asked her what happened she told me to continuePlanet Spark please ask your team to show patience and positivity. Ridiculous team and worst behavior of the team .

I would recommend PlanetSpark to my family as I have seen visible changes in my child, Hasnains personality and vocational skills. The competitions organized have further helped to increase his enthusiasm.

Its a fraudulent institute. Most of the good reviews are given by their own team members. I recommend all the parents not to believe those good comments. They are fully money minded, they will concentrate only on demo classes, later you cannot find any management team support for any escalation. Its a waste of money. Especially the employee Dhivyanshu Jaggi, Saba and Kapil are most corrupted guys, they may speak nicely only for enrollments. Dont believe them.

I registered for a demo class with your concern and she is speaking as if you have just come hehere to take a demo class. And she called late night and asking my small kid to attend the class. These are not worthy people, take there own sweet time for cancellation and refund.... and finance partner is early salary. I want to share my experience and the pain I am going through. Planet spark referred us to Early salary for loan and after 2 class, faculty was complaining about audio and network issue and we end up in cancellation of further classes.. so the classes stopped. But the early salary never stopped emi deduction. We end up in a scam where money has taken on our name and cancellation is not communicated to us via mail or chat and emis are auto deducted for 2 months.. after multiple calls, mails and chat, Emis got stopped, but no Commutation over mail on cancellation confirmation shared to us. But Early started calling for emi amount.. and threatening us legal notice if we wont pay remaining emi. Both are partner one never sent cancellation letter and refund till date and other says u need to pay emi untill we recieve mail confirmation and money. They play around us. planet spark is not resolving issues from past 4 months sitting on money which they got on my name without any action on cancellation letter and refund, and we end up in getting repeated calls and warnings from Early salary for money. Never ever go with planet spark and early salary which are such unorganized entities, they dont have proper process and system to maintain the status of loan and course. If we force them they will hang up by saying issue will be resolved in 24 hours by saying sorry for delay it was miscommunication happened and we will resolve the issue. Once they get the money its done... and people who are stuck in this kind of scam.. we have to suffer mental harrasment and go through lot of pain....

I started a classes a few weeks ago for my child 5 years old . I saw a change in her . She started using more grammatical words and trying to understand the grammatical concept. She is also becoming good in public speaking . Her teacher divya kaushik mam is very nice. She understand the child’s strengths and weaknesses very well and make my child more participating . 1. Extremely unprofessional educative platform.. Got my son enrolled for classes under COVID pandemic, however due to lackadaisical attitude of teacher towards the punctuality to conduct classes and non-seriousness of the PlanetSpark Team, I had to discontinue the classes.2. Despite of intimating on mail for discontinuation of course, and escalating the same personally to the founder of organization, Mr Maneesh and Mr Kunal, the course fee is yet to be refunded to me.3. As n when, asked about the status of refund, team member have made promises but they never met the timelines till date. Inspite, EarlySalary has again deducted next month amount as per the contract that should have not been done.4. Having gone through this bad experience, I had warmed the founders to address the issue, but they seem least bothered about the cliental. I am sure ever drop counts for professional organizations but I would advise prospective parents to get the terms n conditions right before enrolling child.

I am Shanvi Mehta a student at PlanetSpark. Before joining the english communication classes at PlanetSpark, I had a stage fear, the thought of speaking infront of a group of people was a nightmare for me, I used to hesitate alot while keeping my points but now after joining these classes my stage fear is gone and I can speak infront of a large number of people without hesitating. The teachers here are very cooperative, I always feel like Im talking to my friend not to my teacher. The communication skills programme covers different topics such as Inflections, Voice modulation, Body Language, Pitch, Pace, Debates, Group Disscussions etc. There are also different informative workshops and activities on a monthly basis where you can implement whatever you have learned in the classes. During the workshops you not only get a chance to learn different things but also you are able to interact with other students from different places. These activities and workshops helped me alot in building self-confidence. My parents are totally satisfied with the changes in me after joining the PlanetSpark Classes and we would recommend to join these classes for becoming a confident public speaker.

Our daughter enjoys the debate workshops and the competition rounds as well, particularly with Mr. Shubham. Extremely unprofessional organisation.. there is no escalation system, teacher was highly umprofessional, not on time, cancelling the class at last moment, background noise, connectivity issue and what not!! Average classes, average course structure, although my son finished 30 classes and mayve learnt something but they charged exorbitantly for these classes.. and i didnt find them at all worth it.. inspite of my regular followups they didnt give me a course structure..Believe me its not worth it and u can find much cheaper and beneficial classes which i wish i wudve discovered earlier..
