Pathethic HR services. They even dont know what skills they are looking for. HR and Technical team both are not in sync about the job responsibilities. Both are singing different tunes. Refrain yourself from going there.

Very Bad experience with People strong team, they lined a meeting for 15 days and then they cancel on the day of meeting they canceled meeting saying we dont serve to them who has less than 150 employees and i said we are growing company we will grow gradually. Then started asking salaries of my employees.So basically they are here to earn money and not solving our companies problem. It may way easier if they havent stretch this for 15 days

Dont go for interview, Interview 1st round is easy , not professional question only ask simple question then after they will provide assignment after complete this not positive response ,its wastage of money and time. Beware of this fake guys.....................

FROUD.....MENTALLY HARRESMENT BY COMPANY EMPLOYEE WESTE OF OUR MONEY AND TIMEAs I told you earlier , I didnt get any call or confirmation for extending our stay from People Strong Team, till evening, it shows how careless and non cooperative they are. I was forced to spent my whole day on road coz of them, really it is now enough , we were 5 victims there in similar situation. 3 were females and two boys.In evening we got a call from Sanchi, that she cudn extend your stay, please find your accommodation own your own.i was so amazed how foolish and non cooperative team it is. I informed them before three days for similar thing and how they re not able for extending our stay. They fooled us whole day and in evening I checked in a hotel by spending our own money.In fact it was committed by people strong team food and accommodation will be provided by them until they assign us any hotel for job, but nothing was there as committed.we spent all about 4800/- on food in a week and even it not enough, in that property they sent us to report, had not even drinking water facility for workers.HellI will never advise to anyone for getting recruit by People Strong HRA service. It was really a black Day of my life when I got call from you Manjeet an employee People Strong Company for recruiting In Oyo. I had doubt on them because there was not any cordination between Oyo and People strong team .It was really damn bad experience of my life. Actually what happened I tell u in brief. On 15th September I got call from Manjeet side of you are interested in working Goa location with Oyo company , we will have your interview and documentation. Till 20th September all interview and documentation was done and they sent me offer letter and salary breakup as well. But I sent email to Sanchi regarding in which Hotel or property we have to join. But they said they have many properties to be opened in Goa, in any of them you will be appointed.On 26 September Sanchi called me asked me to reach Goa at any till 29th September. How foolish I was that I followed them, I spent three times more for reaching Goa from Manali. I purchased 2 bus tickets from Manali to Karnal, whichs actual cost was 1600/- , I did so coz Sanchi insisted me to reach GoaI booked train on 29th September and reached Goa on 1st October for joining. It was amazed they were also not aware in which property or Hotel I have to report and it goes till three days. After three days I came to know, I have to report in a resort in candolim, but when I reached there, there was a GM , he said they dont have vacancy in there portfolio right now so you wud have to talk to sandeep. But when sandeep met to me he said that Mr. Govind you will have to wait ,till 3 or 4 week coz they dont have any property to appoint you .

Next Day when we called to Sandeep , he said wait till two days I will confirm your property and after 2 days he stopped picking our call.So lazy and careless is Manjeet and Sanchi, coz as they were not assigning any Hotel for Job, Our Stay provided by them In hotel was about to end on 7th October . I called to Sanchi Many times but either her number was out of reach or she didnt pick the call. I called to Manjeet for similar thing that our stay provided by you is about to end on 7th October and we cudnt search our room on rent coz you are not assigning any hotel or location for job. Manjeet said dont worry he will talk to sanxhi and she will extend your stay for few days more . But nothing happened till 7th Morning.i went out for searching room on rent on monthly basis, behind me, the hotel owner put out the room all our language with out our permission. In after noon the hotel owner in which we satyed, called me, he has checked out my room and you can take your language. I was in hope that People strong company will provide us accommodation with food, but when I called to Sanchi for similar thing she stopped picking my call.You can understand how wud I be crying from inside, as I was searching room at unknown place with all my language and with my ill and pregnant wife. She had fever badly. I was calling back to back to Sanchi and Manjeet for confirming that are you providing accommodation or not ? But no one was ready listen us, every one just asked us to wait. Till evening 7 pm I waited for there confirmation by putting all my language and wife on road side.

The company is very nice to start carrier, i have worked 6.3 years with this organization.

They call for the interview for a technical post and will not ask a single technical question even after they have made you to wait for 3 hours. If you will will question this, then they will call a technical person who will ask you so very basics that you will yourself feel that you are just wasting time because they are just passing time.

That test will be so boring and it will be of 90 minutes, totally wastage of time. There will be subjective as well as MCQs. The questions will be like... If A is younger then B, C is elder then A, then B will younger than C ????!.... True or false and many more questions.
