A great place if you want to enjoy traditional South Indian cuisine. There is free parking & lot of free space. Authentic food and warm ambience..different varieties of dosas, uttapams, idlis & dahi vadas. One of good options in Gurugram to have best South Indian Food. Prices ate bit high if you have experience of south India. The atmosphere is this place is warm and bright. The staff is always on their toes and are very polite. On sitting you are welcomed with a complimentary chaach or Rasam, tastes extremely good.Mostly crowded on weekends. Avoid peak hours to enjoy lunch or dinner with family or friends. The seating is arranged as per social distancing. Each and every waiters , managers and also all helpers were wearing face mask.
The taste of the food in this Navratri Thali was pathetic. Services were too slow... I regularly visit Naivedhyam, but was too dissatisfied today.
It is always a great place to visit for South Indian recipes. Great ambience for family dinner.
Rasam.. and Mysore Masala dosa and Jain Masala Dosa are must to have... Awesome place and food was so tasty....
A place to look after if you are seriously looking for authentic south indian food. This place has atmosphere, the attire of guest relations executives are also adds color to the restaurant.Main thing is food, thats what we are here for right? Its like you are having it in proper south location, they chefs behind those kitchen doors are definitely bringing something direct from south india.A must try!
Naivedyam is an economical and famous place to eat South Indian (Kannada) food items. Situated on the second floor of Vipul Square it has an elevator to take you there. Very spacious and dimly lit place for your hunger pangs. The dishes are tasty and hygienic. The prices are very reasonable. A couple can eat enough for around 700 bucks. Fast service.
No need to introduce Nivedyam , ive been visiting this place sine 2006 , quality did go a bit down in mid 2010-2020 , but its faboulous once again .
Loved the food here but the place is cozy. The service was good.
The food is simply fantastic and so are the portions. I am sure they seek quality at every stage of food preparation. The serving staff is courteous. Good place to enjoy south Indian food and spend quality time with family. Totally recommended.
A delightful experience of South Indian food. It is.possibly the most under rated restaurant.
My personal point of view is that this is better than Sagar Ratna. I have eaten hundreds of times at the original defence colony outlet and certain items for me - Vada especially stand out ahead.Definitely a must try. Located conveniently, biggish place so hardly ever any waiting and also following covid rules.Cost is the same range as Sagar Ratna
Me and my family often go there...we love naivedyam
Good one.but lacking in original South lndian food Taste.
The quick go-to place for South Indian cuisine in Gurgaon.Good food and ambient atmosphere.Value for money in terms of quantity and taste.
Good South Indian food at reasonable prices. Easy parking. Good service
Ausum place and must be try rasam with papad
Naivedyam is best for south Indian veg dishes. They have very good service. The dishes were so tasty. highly recommend
Always good to be here. But this time AC was not working properly. Plz take it as advice.
Went on a weekend. Ample parking slots were available. Good ambience, clean and spacious. Serve really good south indian delicacies. Staff was vey polite.
Genuine review by Mr.EFirst of all you will be served here by men in white , haha the waiters are dressed in dhoti and kurta and they will serve you the best south indian food , the restaurant ambience is very good and they are also following covid guidelines and proper sanitization is also there , all variety is covered. Come with friends and family.
The hands-down de facto choice for South Indian food in NCR. Kannadiga in taste, and elegant in service, superb in taste and awesome in variety.. Naivedyam scores over any & every other choice available in Delhi-NCR!
It is a very over rater place in Gurgaon. I found taste to be just okay and ambiance is also not upto mark. Shabby walls and old furniture with ac not working properly.
Very tasty and authentic south indian food..quite reasonably priced..good ambience and prompt service.
Finest South Indian dine placeDelicious and original south India preparation.Efficient staff
Value for money but needs more quality of food. Curd rice is the worst I have ever eaten. .adrak daal dia anar ki jagah wo bhi haad s jada quantity m..I wasnt able to eat more than a teaspoon. Notified the staff as well.
Benne Masala Rice Dosa is a must try. Rasam Papad is better than most SI outlets around... Cooking oils are superior, spices are balanced and service is satisfactory.
The food quality has been compromised. It was good few years back.
I love d ambiance as well as the waiter costumes.Liked the way they treated and greeted.quality of food is really fresh and (Icecream+Fruit Sundae)Naivedyam Special is must try
Good food. Reasonable priced. Value for money.
You ever get that feeling that youre craving for good food and you go to a place of repute because you have faith and trust that youll get quality food. Well Ive been to Naivedyam several times and I mean at least 50. However, my last experience was quite bitter. I was really craving some good Rasam and I was shocked to see it being served in plastic tumblers of all things. We all know how plastic tumblers are hard to clean because they carry odor for prolonged periods. Yet, that wasnt the reason for my dismay, the trauma was on account of an elastic band in the first sip of Rasam, which was cold, that has dissuaded me from ever ordering rasam at a restaurant. The operation was busy that night and we had to wait until we got a place, which is understandable especially if youre craving good food and drove a considerable distance to get there. Yet, a restaurant being busy isnt an excuse for such tragedies and the manner in which this was handled simply hampered the experience. I honestly wish you guys take corrective measures because today it was an elastic band, it could very easily have been an insect of some sort. The owners should look into this on priority and take corrective measures.
Great Quality at Reasonable Price.Quality of Sambhar can be improved. Dosas were really crispy. We loved the ravaFew dishes using coconut as add on can be added like Masala Idly / Vada.
Lip smacking, authentic South Indian cuisine served hot and fresh. They ve a wide variety of dosas, idlis, vada, uttapam, rice and South Indian thali to choose from. Complimentary butter milk is a hit.Service is very quick and attentive. Serving sizes are good, prices are reasonable, taste and quality of food are remarkable. All the menu items that v tasted were delicious.Maharaja thali and paper masala dosa happens to be a personal favorite.Kudos to the management.Being located in a shopping mall, car parking is not an issue. Owing to its popularity, Sunday evenings are quite busy and may entail a waiting time of around 15-20 minutes.Though dessert options are few. Yet, their packed mysore pak and laddoos are very popular.A must visit.Highly highly recommended.
Taste f upma n aampanna was gr8 but service was slow and stucky.
Good place for a South indian meal, hygienic and VFM. Ample parking space
Dosa was very crisy and teasty but sambhar was very thin and tasteless. Overall it was average.
Pathetic Service and Food and Staff is least bothered about service. Cleanliness is Zero, Service Zero and Food is not as usual. Not expected from Naivedyam. Use to be a good restaurant but not now.. serving in dirty plates.. Not done 👎👎😏☹☹☹
Great food. Good taste. They have maintained the quality over many years.
I have been going to Naivedyam for more than 15 yrs originally at Vipul Sqaure in Gurgaon.A good experience for South Indian food. However the outlet at Vatika City, Sohna road is always scores poor on service front. Given a choice always prefer Vipul Sqaure outlet even if you have to drive from Sohna road
Rava idly and Thayir vada did not feel authentic. Otherwise all OK!
Good place.. great south Indian food. PURE VEG.
Naivedyam is a well known name, and this outlet is no different. Spacious, clean, hygenic as is the norm. The staff was courteous. The food that we ordered hardly took 8-9 minutes to be served and tasted awesome!Ive been to Naivedyam before and I knew the place will not disappoint. Surely going back there whenever I can. 👌💕
Food is awesome. Tasty with no spices. Always happy when I visit here
Best place is gurgaon for South indian food, medium range and yummy
Very tasty paneer and masala dosa, specially the mint and tomato chutneys.amazing taste.
Ambience need to change specially sofas and furniture. Rest great
Overall 2.5 starLocation: 4star, Good access and parking.Food quality: 3star, Chutnies and Thairu sadam we served directly from refrigerator.Service : 2 star , disappointing service.Very disappointing if you compare with Hauz Khas Naivedyam. Rasam was served in steel glassware. Mixed Oothappam was good.
Good food in reasonable cost.... Good ambience
It is hard to find good quality South Indian food in Gurgaon. This is one of the best South Indian restaurant in Gurgaon. I just love their Rasam. The atmosphere is this place is warm and bright. The staff is always on their toes and are very polite and respectful. I order Panch Utpam and it was yum. The sambar was full of spices, flavors and it will give you a Punch of flavors. Their badam halwa is also very tasty and has a lot of ghee. Their pan although is bitter but it cleans your palate. This place is very neat and clean. It is a family restaurant. You must come here and eat your food.
Quality is so-so. Definitely there was crowd outside. There may not be another south Indian food outlet.
Value for money south Indian menu. Every thing here is delicious.
Its a good place for a south indian appetite 😉
Great foodbut limited menu...not much variety ...no snacks at all...only meant to go with nani and dadi
A perfect place for vegetarians who love south indian food. The food is great and the service is super quick. There is usually a wait during dinner time, however, the queue runs super quick. The wait staff and the ambience gives a true feel of a south indian restaurant. The place is in Vipul square and parking is not a problem, however, the road in front is in bad shape for years. The restaurant is on the second floor and there is an elevator.
I guess one of the best places to grab south indianTheir Mysore plain dosa smeared with chilly garlic chutney is ah-ma-zing.
Taste is not goodLots of rush no proper sitting arrangements in this situationNot follow the protocol even sanitization of Tables are missing
Ok ok experience of food. Everything had less salt
Very good food. It would be not wrong to say that its the best south indian restaurant in Gurgaon
Ambience is very nice. If you want to have South Indian food u can visit the outlet...price reasonable.. complimentary rasam and chaach too yummy... I found the quality and taste of dosa, idli, coconut rice of Naivyedam Hauz Khaz branch excellent as compared to this outlet . ..slighltly disappointed..The food is not bad but there is no comparison with the Hauz Khas branch
Nice food and good service. Parking space available nearby
Havé been a regular customer of this place. Nice placé with good taste.
I found this place different than any other South Indian restaurant because of the culture they maintain they wear traditional clothing and also serve food on a banana leaf.
All time favourite..best place to have authentic south indian food 😋😋😋😋
Had this on my mind for quite some time, and finally tried it a few days back.Went for lunch & was super busy.I also had Zomato gold which I did not face any problem using 👍On sitting you are welcomed with a complimentary chaach, which was completely new for us and tasted extremely good, so ordered again bit this time it had too much mustard seeds in it though. For food we had-Mysore masala dosa- The dosa was nice & crisp. I really liked the sambar and the chutneys, full of flavour and light.Panchtara uttapam- These were 5 small uttapams, all of them were equally good but I liked the coconut one and the paneer one.Malabar parantha with veg korma- I have had this many times during my visits to south india and have always loved it, so this one was equally tasty and flaky but I felt that the parantha was a bit thicker than what I would have liked.Idiappam- I had never tasted this dish before, so went for it to try something new. It was freshly prepared and took 10-15 mins to arrive. Overall it was a good dish very fluffy, soft, fresh, but I didnt liked it that much.Payasam- I have always loved payasam since the first time I had it, and did not find this that good in taste.Overall a good experience, the service was quick and the ambience is good too.
Visit this place for good south indian food.
I would say this is an average south Indian restaurant. I ordered panner masala dosa. The taste and service was good. The thing I didnt liked about the restaurant was I ordered Coke and it was not chilled, so that is the biggest disappointment for me. Its like ordering a beer and they providing you with a warm liquid. Rest the pricing is good, we also used Zomato Gold, so that was icing on the cake.
Been here often before but the last two visits have been really disappointing.I guess being the only south Indian serving restro near-by it is occupied with an average waiting time of 30 minutes on weekend.Service and food quality has gone down the graph quite well. 👎👎Sambar is serve cold initially.Onion Utthapam had to be replaced twice and canceled at last. 👎Rawa Masala Dosa ⭐️⭐️⭐️
When you looking for South Indian food then definitely visit this place
Just ok. Nothing too great. Yes they might have kept the traditional ambience and uniforms but nothing great about taste of food. Ok to go at least once
Lovely foodVaried menu and authentic tasteAnd the quantity is more than sufficientThe drinks menu is also wonderful!Total value for money
Dosa too salty .... desert too much sugar... really not expected this from a Naivedyam....haujkhas is the best
Dahi idli and wadas dahi super sweetDosas were okGolf course outlet much better
Amazing authentic South Indian flavours....you get multiple options of meal... You must try thali...And other dosas and all... Good to try. Only the last mile approach road is currently not good rest you would not regret to visit.. As you get great food with amboise and parking tooShould also try Pan there.Attaching latest menu snaps
I can safely say that Naivedyam stands out as one of the most reliable options for South Indian food.Have been visiting this place for over a year now and I just cant get enough of it. The taste and ambiance are both authentic.Things to try must -Butter Masala Dosai (Rice)Rava dosa - Paneer (dont exctly remember the original names)IdliTamarind RiceSteam Dosa (served with Coconut milk)Malabar paratha with KormaFilter CoffeeLocation is convinient - Vipul square (you can easily drive a car here which also has sufficient parking space)Also - they have Nandini products such as Ghee, Mysore Pak and others.Cuvayinyana Unavu!
Everything was perfect including food, service. Loved it
Nice restaurant for south Indian dishes. Very polite staff wearing traditional wear
Taste and Quality is very good. Nice place to dine in and to visit with family.
