The company have more than 1 floor in the tower d near guru dronacharya metro station. Its walkable distance from metro station. The reception area is awesome and the guards are highly respectful. The inside is a open area with a lot of people sitting in the same bay. It have a big lunch area with television for watching news and cricket world cup.

Unhealthy toxic work environment in helpdesk, lot of team politics,every one from bpo although they think themselves either from apple or microsoft, dont know how to train people, admire employee comes last policy, highly believe in mouth spread game, people who doesnt know anything about core tech will also teach you sometimes.

Expect promotion only if you have a skills of buttering which I dont have.......The management of server team located in India is totally egoistic and doesnt give importance to the skill of there employees.....The management always tries to create the toxic environment within the team. In my opinion they should be called as politician instead of manager....This was the only reason I left Atkearney after 8 years.......!!!
