4 out of 5 times, Ive received pretty good service from this place.Id be ordering almost 4 times a week from this particular joint from Zomato, and Ive seldom had any complaint!Must try things would be: Paneer Paratha, Chai Masala Cake, Anda cheese paratha. And well ofcourse, the chai itself!

Got the chai delivered late at night and I am super happy with the delivery, the packaging, quality and the quantity!Tried their egg puff for the first time and it was yumm, totally worth it- their ginger chai mini flask gives you 2 cups full of tea( milk cup size)

Worst experience !! We asked for ginger tea, waiter gave us plain tea. Tables were dirty.. water was given in a very very dirty glass. Also waiter was rude.. Didnt expect this from a brand 🙄

See, i have ordered upma from this hotel using Zomato. The cost is 100 rs. You dont believe that i got very less to be honest they are giving just like 10 rs curry kind of pack. I dont know. I really shocked while i was received it. And my amount was deducted two times i dont know how, They are really Cheating us.

Ordered through Zomato a couple of days ago. Canteen or thoroughly disappointed from the entire transaction. They goofed up the order and then wanted me to eat what they sent! No talk of refunding the excess money I paid online (Zomato did refund based on my complaint). When I said no, they promised to replace with the correct order and then stopped picking up the phone.My low rating is not just because of the order fiasco. The food was equally bad. And I mean everything that was sent - veg cutlets were palatable but the veg puffs were throw-away kind. The Tea was pathetic. Not sure about other outlets, but this one is strictly avoidable..

I ordered twice (once from Swiggy and once from Zomato) and order got declined both times. Please update your systems to receive online orders from Swiggy and Zomato.

I had the worst experience & this forced me to give this review. So, this guy could not take the payment by card & asked me cash. I was running out of cash so he suggested paytm. He said you have to make the payment by scanning bar code. It could not happen due to some reason & i asked him paytm number. He did not know the number.. Wow!!So i went to close by ATM, came back & gave him cash. He said i dont have the change. I mean.. what kind of service is that.. i would have rather placed an order on Chaayos.. Pathetic service.. Not choosing it ever again...

Pathetic... Giving stale food. I just bought stuff worth 500 and all the samosas were stale and smelling. This is despite confirming that they were fresh. Dont buy stuff from here
