Worst experience with aapka painter I won’t recommend anyone to go with their services.They demanded 50% upfront which I had paid. They took 3days just to complete one room and halls final coat (photos attached of finished wall). Again after 4th day painter didn’t showed up. I enquired with team Ajay and Mukesh they said first we have to make the payment of 40% of remaining balance amount.Seriously blowed up my mind and ask them to terminate the contract.I am regretting choosing Aapaka Painter.

On the website its mentioned everywhere that the inspection will be free, but the thing is, when you book them, they will say that it will be paid inspection of Rs 99.99 is not at all the big amount, but its about transparency, one side its mentioned you are saying free, and after booking, you say no no its paid, and if you agree we can move further.This is not professionalism, just mention the Rs 99 amount on your website or on your whatsapp chatbot atleast.

I got my complete interior painting done by Aapkapainter and was fairly happy with their services. However there are some concerns which one would need to consider before using their servicesWhat went well:1) Excellent sales process with a very responsive team helping with the initial quote and product recommendations2) Skilled painting execution / project team with alot of experience in interior paint jobs and especially with accent walls3 ) Color and Accent wall consultation by Yogita, who was very patient and always available for a quick chat. Thanks to her good advise we were able to finalize a beautiful accent wall for our living room and study room4) Professionally packing up all exposed furniture5) On-field painters behavior was very good They were all very soft spoken and humble6) Excellent paint job and good clean outcome on the walls.What did not go well :1) Timing : The team did not complete the paint job on time or as planned. However with support from HQ the job got re-prioritized.2) Inadequate communication with actual contractors in the field resulted in few wrong color shades being tested on walls.3) Different painters get assigned on different days hence the outcome is bound to be different in the absence of adequate site supervision / quality checkI would strongly recommend Aapkapainter.com for your interior painting.Go for it...

I recently hired them for full apartment interior painting. The BD guy was professional and responsive in the beginning but then he left the company and my project was reassigned to someone else. The transition wasnt smooth and it took longer for them to get the work started. Nevertheless, I was lucky to get good painters — they were experienced, trustworthy and polite. We were living in the apartment while the work was being carried out, and there was minimum disruption or disturbance.The people at their corporate office are quite helpful. The designer I worked with was also quite skilled and understanding. She listened to our ideas patiently and suggested improvements. Where they need to push and improve is their on-field department. Not sure about other cities, but definitely so in Delhi/NCR. I did not receive much help from the supervisor who was supposed to visit every day and QC the project. During the course of 2.5 weeks, he visited just 3-4 times for 20 mins each visit. Nether the BD guy was responsive after making the deal. Thanks to the painters, my project was completed on time.Overall, aapkapainter is a good partner to hire. The prices are decent — neither too high, nor towards cheap materials. If you can manage the quality checks and self-supervise the project, they can be a good partner. The paint job overall was a job well done and I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Aapkapainter for interior painting of our apartment. The work was not done in a professional manner. The deadline for the work was agreed while finalising the contract but neither Aapkapainter team nor the painters took it seriously and work got delayed. Besides, quality of work done is bad, there is no fineness in the work. We could have saved 50% money by hiring locals in the area. Big time waste of money!!!

Thought the work wasn’t completed according to the given deadline, the Supervisor (Rohit) made efforts to make sure that the quality is excellent. He was also very prompt, pleasant and cordial in responding to our specific requests.

I called them for their service, they told me to wait for 2 days and then they never called back, wasted my 2 days, all they care about is money.
