I bought Aquaguard Enhance Green RO Water Purifier, thought the service in Gurgaon would be same as in Bangalore, I was all wrong. They are not responding to the Complaints. Therefore I contacted RO Care India, Gurgaon for the service and got to know that they are best in the business.

Horrible experienceWe booked your service as the water quality wasnt upto the mark. Your team member Mr Ajam Khan came on 24th August. We informed him the RO kit has been replaced 4 months ago and the PH level is 60 (he tested it) which is not bad. We asked him to adjust the PH level to 30 or 40 to which he said it is not possible to adjust the PH level down. He was adamant that we replace the kit. We had no other option so we went ahead with his suggestion.After the kit was replaced he went away without testing the water quality. The water quality was still not good. So we called him and he sent someone else. When the second guy tested on 25th August, the PH level was coming as 120. So he simply checked the PH adjuster which was faulty and replaced it. Afterwards he adjusted the PH level down to 30 and it was all okay.The conclusion is that the regulator had to be checked first instead of replacing the entire kit if the customer is telling again and again that the kit was replaced 4 months ago. However, your team member was very adamant and only wanted to make money out of the customer.I have been calling your customer complaint numbers and had a word with Atul, Hemlata and Anita but none of them have helped me.Today morning Gagan from feedback department called and i have also registered the complaint with him.I also had a word with Ashwni who is i guess the area manager and he informed me that we cant do anything about it.There is simply no response from your end to the customer complaints. Your technician replaced my just 4 months old kit with the new one to make money and due to that i had a loss of 3k.I am very dissapointed in your service.

I m using Livpure Smart Ro from last 3 years but not getting satisfactory clean water, i called Livpure customer care many times but all in vain, every time technician came and said mam ho gaya. But every time after few hours ro get troubling to dispense pure water, i saw RO CARE INDIA ads in youtbe then i contacted them, they promise me that sab thik ho jayega, technician came, checked my ro and rectified problem. Technician charged me 750/- for MY LIvpure RO Service. Now more than 4 months passed and I m taking routine service from RO Care India. I m fully satisfied and strong recommended to Livepure user pls get your livpure repair from there and we will fell the difference.

My aquaguard was giving salty water , i called aquaguard customer care but they didnt send any technician. after one day i searched on google best ro service provider in gurgaon, many results poped up, i researched and called to ro care india, they sent service engineer on my place within 45 mins. i was thrilled to see technician at my gate, i was tried aquaguard company many times but they gave promise by promise. Finally my aquaguard service has done by rakesh Ro care guy.

Pathetic service even after AMC , my RO has undergone 3 repairs in 6 months since their technician rectified it first time in January. They use duplicate cheap filters, also it has been more than 24 hrs since I raised a complaint and no technician has visited. Their so called area manager Mr Atul has stopped answering calls. Very poor service , wastage of money.
