Already booked ertiga zxi on 07/03/2021..They said (future auto,a mini showroom in Rishikesh) that they will provide me car within a month or half..Now already three months are going to happen and now they say that abhi kuch nahi bol sakte..Sometimes i feel like not only me but all the coustomers visiting them are fooled by those bunch of jokers (Employees of this so called showroom)...

I am contacting many times to customer care number but they havent addressed my issue for last 15 days, they have provided me a complaint number but no any response from dealer or company why maruti and his dealers everyday cheating in Indian maruti customers very shameful

Good to use and its veru usefull

Plant is good .. saftey and cleanliness all good..but but but the behaviour of gaurds ., behaviour of medical who are doing medical .they dont have manners to talk to person who are there for help .. specially tha gaurds of main gate bad behaviour ..the worker who are waiting outside to do work inside company ..they behave to them like they are slaves or they are beggers ..I think respect should be there for workers from outside ...drivers of vehicles like truck tractor which are used in plant ..also behave very rudly to drivers ..if papers are not complete guide them what to do next ...but I think inside the plant the staff of Maruti may be good ..they know how to talk to person ..but outside plant no waiting area ..workers are waiting outside and they get rude behaviour from gaurds and senior guards ..

This is better than other industrial factory.
