As a fresher you can learn every aspect of publication (Journals) to the maximum, which none of the MNC’s can do. Work life balance is fine, target driven work with great incentive policies. Every single employee is supportive, which makes the work much smoother.Advice to management:Performance (incentives) should be rewarded timely.Should work on leave polices, & all Saturday’s must be given off.
