Good hotel with good service. Understaffed sometimes

Extremely happy with the prompt services provided by staff. Checkin was fast. I requested for mobile charger and they kindly provided me immediately. Food was good and room was spacious. I couldnt have found a better hotel at this price. Thank you for your service.

It was a great stay in Keys lite but few things can be improved. Service was quite good but I was unsatisfied with the breakfast.

Nice cozy hotel. Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Less choice of food since the hotel is comparatively small but food preparation is very good. Cleanliness and hygiene very well maintained. All amenities provided in the room for convenience. They have a small gym too. If booking opt for bigger rooms.

I stay was there in keys lite Mayfield this week. my stay was so great. especially mr. sunil he is take care me and my friends. checkin time he is in front office he allowcated room me. but after 6 day when I m doing check out he was not there.he have great conversations skill. he help me lots of times. nice clean or well maintained rooms. thanks sunil buddy. but food need some improvement. once again thanks sunil and keys lite (5*)

There was no security at front gate when I reached. Reception was also empty and I had to wait to check in. Food is just ok-very limited options. Buffet breakfast is OK. Bathroom is fine. Central supply of got water and room heating is good. Room size & decor is as per expectation. Decent stay for 2 nights on biz trip. Staff is courteous & polite. Room service is prompt.

Very neat and clean hotel new hotel, good location, warm hospitality, homely food, courteous staff...If I name couple of guys for exceptional service, I will not be fair...Right from reception to house keeping to restaurant staff to Chef...everybody is fantastic...We are a family with two kids and initially booked hotel for 2 nights to experiment but are more than happy to spend our entire stay of 8 nights in Key Lite Hotel...Look forward to visit hotel again when we land again in Gurugram.

Everything was awesome, awesome and spacious rooms, nice corridor and very good breakfast.Only thing to remember, they do not provide extra bed/mattress but the 3rd person is chargeable, so 3 people will have to adjust on the same bed if only 1 room is taken and it will cost extra.

Good service, clean rooms, comfort food and reasonably priced.

Rooms are pretty nice...room service is also good...morning breakfast is ok...the biggest problem in this hotel is hot water...i visited in december and it was cold...they have common boiler for water and it takes 15 minutes to heat the water...so if you are already in the bath tub waiting for hot water you are wasted...further you only get hot water at 6 in the morning and even if you want to take bath at 8 you will have to call the reception to heat the water...further water at start will come in yellow color which will clean after 15 minutes...that is really bad and hotel should look into this...this problem is faced by many in the hotel...
