It was really an wonderful experience for overall journey, starting from booking to consultation after test report. Like others where their job is done just after the test report but here they provide you consultation and suggest you suppliment/medicine and diet plan on the basis of report. Highly recommended. 👍

Extremely bad customer service. Given desperate times during COVID we got covid test done - They mixed up samples of me and my grandmother, no refunds or anything done. Ive been asking them for help since April & no response. When you raise this to their managers they cut my call without even trying or responding. Dont go - waste of time & money. Horrible.

The service is great, result seem accurate and tests done professionally. The app interface needs to improve as the UI is complicated. They should introduce discounts.

Not satisfied, when they collect the sample they will come timely, when I ask the reports they will not give exact time. As they told me me you will get the report by today only at 8 to 9pm that they said you will get the report 11, than I called again they said you will get the report tomorrow.Not satisfied

Got the basic blood tests done for the first time from this Lab. Though I was not that impressed with the person who came for my sample pick up at home, as he was a bit shabby, I was more than impressed with the services of the Doctor consultation and Dietitian guidance. A special call out to Dietician Tanuja, who not only listened to my lifestyle, went the extra effort in suggesting customised plan and some personalised suggestions as well. People like her made me give a 5 star instead of a 3.5 / 4.

I booked a advanced body test for me. Overall experience is good. I feel the person who came to collect blood sample is having lack of experience as it pained a lot after giving blood.Other aspects are fine.Undoubtedly overall cost is very competitive, much lesser than Dr Lal.Keep up the good work.

Terrible experience! I had got RT Pcr test on 18 August 2021 at 7 AM in the morning required for air travel ( For me and my daughter). They informed me reports will be available within 24 hours. However, there was no intimation regarding reports till 2 PM next day 19 August 2021. When I called them, they kept on asking payment reference id (I had made payment via Google pay). After so much of follow up got my report but not my daughters. Thank fully I had kept a day as buffer. They provide pathetic services!! DONT USE THEIR SERVICE!!

I booked covid-19 vaccine at their centre and they have zero professionalism. The slot was booked between 9-11 am and I understand since it was a unusually rainy day, the staff was delayed. However, the staff kept lying that the person is on his way and should be there in 10-15 minutes. It went well n till 1.5 hours. On top of that, Covid appropriate measures were not followed at the centre. No body was wearing a mask. It was only after I repeatedly urged, some people settled a mask under their nose! Not just that, I had to deal with the attitude of their staff where they kept telling me to be patient. I think in 1.5 hours in a hospital with no covid appropriate protocol, i did have the right to be impatient! There was a camera in installed and I am sure there is enough proof of all that I have documented. Honestly, this is an offence.

Hindustan wellness gave reports on 14.7.21.. Acute typhoid and thyroid report and many more reports are fake on two different people. It wasnt even typhoid, and hypothyroid was only normal report when cross checked with Dr Lal path lab on 16.7.21. both complete health check-ups went in vain. Complete waste of money. 4500/- thyroid and fever panel were extra tests done other than two complete health check ups.

Excellent service, even got dietician advice and doctor advice after test. Better service than some of the big names in pathological labs. Price is excellent too.

I wish I could rate it in NEGATIVE, hell like service. Pathetic customer support, agent dont have basic knowledge.These useless people, first confirmed a booking without even carefully checking if they are able to provide it at my place or not.While day they kept saying, person for sample collection is on way, will be there anytime, but at the day end, they shamelessly cancelled the booking without even an intimation, and the so called reason was that agent was not aware of this.I end up wasting my whole day, and most serious thing was, I took risk with my moms health, she had severe lung infection and those tests were very important to be done urgently, PLEASE DONT CHOOSE HINDUSTAN WELLNESS FOR ANYTHING.

Great service by the sample collection boy. The Dr consultation and the Dietician were very good and prompt.There is one very BIG problem with the tele marketing team, once you get your test done they will keep on harrassing you by calling every fortnight.

They booked a diabetes test for around 8.30 -9 a.m which requires fasting. No call received from their them so I called at 9 and they said Executive will come at 10. SINCE then my mother was waiting AND FASTING AT THE LOW SUGAR 50. I called many times and informed i have not received any call yet and was told that he will come at 10..please wait till 10.. but no one showed up and called. So had to let my mother finally break fasting & eat something. NEVER GONNA BOOK AGAIN

Terrible experience working with them. Avoid at all costs. I understand that health infrastructure is under a lot of pressure at this time. There is a long waiting time at each lab right now but nobody is blatantly lying to customers.There are a lot of sick people trying to get tested right now. They are only increasing anxiety and stress for people by making false claims to customers. Each time you call them, they provide 4-5 hours of estimates for reports availability. Each customer agent tells a new story. Why is it so difficult to be honest and acknowledge your mistake?Reports are no where to be tracked even after 3 days.

It is a fraud company. Dont believe on them. They did blunder of mistakes and play with patients life.Ive given my blood and urine sample for complete test. After getting my report I have started treatment for that. After 4 months when Ive seen the date and match the reports I was surprised to see they send 1 year old report. When I call them for that they have mailed me my 4 months back report. Which is useless for me after that time. I told them to take sample again because of your mistake I have taken wrong treatment but they said you have to pay again for that. According to Company rules we never compensate for our mistakes.

They have been really good and were very prompt. The person who came to collect samples was very professional and the nose swabs was taken smoothly.Even the results were out before 24 hours. Great service at your doorstep. As they are govt. approved, we didnt face any issues at the airport while traveling out of India.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have gladly selected that. These guys are simply unprofessional, unethical and a strictly to be avoided lab. The sample collector refused to take cash of Rs 500 for a Coivid test (home collection) and asked to send UPI payment to his account, and this was promptly done. Next day when we followed up for the report the lab asked us to show proof of payment- The sample collector either pocketed the money or did not update the backend team. We shared the proof promptly and thereafter we followed up atleast 7-8 times and every time they asked for 10 more mins for sharing the report. This continued for an entire day. I even offered to make the payment once again but they just would not budge. Also beware, there were two people who came to collect the sample- the other one just made his way into our house without any reason and was standing there all the while looking around.

1.Very pathetic service and I had very bad service.2.Slots are created but no person comes to take the samples3. Tickets or complaint that are raised are not taken seriously.CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT AT ALL SERIOUS ABOUT THE WORK4. They wasted the entire day telling false information that the guy is on the way to collect the sample.5. At the end they said that the slot is full and test cant be done.6. FALSE INFORMATION IS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS.7. Not recommended

Hindustan Wellness has been very helpful to us. We needed to get the tests done for my dad quickly and they were able to arrange that for us on a very short notice with quick results. Received a call from there dietician Priya later who was very informative and helped us with our questions very nicely. Waiting for the final diet chart. So far the experience has always been very amazing.

I have got my tests done on saturday last week and they promised to give my reports in 24 hours to 48 hours but its been almost a week and they are not bothered to give my reports of the tests done till today. This is the way this company works, I have to visit my doctor but I dont have reports in my hand. I would advise not to book any test appointments with them. I will now never trust the companies like this. Bad experience , worst services . They are just making excuses for the next day but they are least bothered about patients wellness. If theres an option to give zero stars , I would go with zero or minus stars.

Just Marketing Nothing elseGot my RP-PCR done which was positive. Someone so called Heath manager called up and asked to get number of other tests done. He scared me saying that your enzymes are weak and you must get number is checks done. They have called me number of times to sell their package.They have only few cheap packages to attractCustomers, test all are too expensive with cheap staff.
