Doctor Bhatia is very good and experienced but the lady at the reception is very rude and unprofessional over the phone or in person. Worse than a govt customer service.

Horrible Experience. I was told that doctor reaches between 9.30-10.00 a.m. My wife was 9 month pregnent and they kept us waiting for more than 2 hours.Doctors are so casual that they do not value your time. I asked staff to call doctor and check when he will reach, staff refused to call and even did not share doctors contact detail.Staff is rude and arrogant. Would suggest not to visit this diagnostoc centre.

It was horrible experience with your centre.. no hygiene no proper equipment no proper space for the patient.. my wife was give anesthesia for HSG as recommended by the gynaecologist how post completing the test she was asked to leave after 30 mints. We were not aware of the consequences when she started getting sick on the way back home.. she was made to lie down on a bench. Her condition got so worse by the evening that I had to rush to W Pratiksha and billed arsenal. 2000. Yours rates are more as compared to other centers and there are no proper measures for the patient..Safety concerns are at high risk level.No precautions were taken for fire incident. All empty fire extinguishers are hanging there. It’s better to shutoff with this type of staff.

Really a best centre for all diagnostic test and Dr.Deepak bhatia is one of the best Doctor really.

No proper sitting facility, it is a road side center, Prices are at par costly centers.

Doctor Deepak Bhatia is a nice person, good doctor. But patient management has to be improved. No waiting times, no pre booking appointments. Sometimes have to wait for 2 hours. No estimated timelines given. Prices as per market. Even Lal Pathlabs have similar charges, but better customer handling. -2 stars for customer mis management.
