Worst Internet Service Provider. Its only 4 days i moved on Timbl Fiber optic 50 Mbps and even a single day i couldnt use internet. I dont recommend timbl. Totally waste of money and waste of time. Unprofessional team. I have fixed their mess which they guys done with wiring an all. Even timbl team dont follow COVID guidelines, they dont wear masks when they arrive you for installation or to resolve the complaint. I am regretting that i have taken connection from timbl. Current ticket id C003 which is open since two hours and still theres no actions. Mostly they guys respond in 12- 24 hours and when they fix issue comes again after few hours. They never respond on emails. Its been 4 days i sent them an email and no reply after sending so many reminders.

Worst service ever!! If you deactivate the connection they didnt give your security back. My suggestion dont go with that fake broadband service. My refund security money is still pending at their side after so long. no update no refund no support . Bad service ever.

Internet speed is good. But the services are very poor. On the 10th of August I have raised an request for WiFi shifting now its 24th of August no resolution has been done yet, no call back nothing. Daily Im calling to customer care they have only one thing to say as soon as possible it will be done, within 2 hours you will get call back, within 6 hours technician will visit they give only fake promises. Its been 14 days and not resolved. If we dont top up the WiFi within the period they will send 10 msg they will call 10 times but at the time of services nobody cares.

Very worst experience. I paid on 8th sept 2020, internet worker well for 2 days and on 10th stoped working, I have followed up at least 5times a day till 19th sept 2020, customer care just say we are fixing in 2 hrs and they dont care about you and finally I had to apply for the disconnection

Very poor service. They never solve problems in time. They promise 40mbps but the actual speed we get is 10mbps downloading speed.Most of the times they dont attend our complaint calls nor do they pay attention to the complaints we register in their website.Im very disappointed with their service. Just a complete wastage of money.DONT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THIS BROADBAND NETWORK.

I contacted my service provider and asked for timbl broadband. They opened my accout at h62, phase 1, new palam vihar, gurgaon on the 3rd of Dec 2020 and said that the installation will happen next day. Its 8th of December 2020 now and nobody have arrived for the installation. Very poor service. Dont go for it.

They dont deserve even a 1 star rating I wish i could give them a big Zero.... Biggest fraud company ever... When you get your broadband installed.. They provide you with internet for only 5 days and then never picks up your call.... If they once had resolve your problem.. Next day you will be facing the same issues.... Guys again the same story.. as happens with other users.. advance payment done 5 days ago , the sales person Mr. Akash Kumar commited next day installation but not done and stop picking call...after that support team have only a single solution as they have updated the complaint backend team will call you.. but never get a call from 3rd August till yet.. today had ask them either cancel it or give me refund or install the same by today..Now I have doubt I dont know refund will come or installation will be done .But the best possibility I am feeling that nothing is going to happen as per the written reviews.I am speaking from gurgaon..

Beware!!!!!There is nothing in negative thats the reason I am giving them one star. They have cheated me for 1372 INR. Its the worst and most unrealible ISP. On top of it, they have the worst and most pathetic coustomer service you could ever imagin, specially mentioning there manager(Rohit Vajpai). They have no care for coustomers. ZERO RATINGWorst experience! Right from installation. Installation itself will take around a week time. I have faced connectivity issues almost on daily basis. Even their response is worse. Customer care service is also pathetic. And now I want to get it removed, and its already been more than a week since the request is generated, till now no response. I took connection from this timbl broadband in uttam nagar. From first day I start facing problem, their website portal does not have proper information, If I paid money, it does not show you properly, after number of request to customer care they resolved this problem. I thought now I will not get any problem. But I was wrong, after every 2 days I get problem of internet, disconnection problem, speed problem. They say 50 mbps speed but in reality it only give 5 mbps even not constant speed of 10mbps. Everyday I have to complaint to their customer care about issue, but next day same problem. If you talk about their customer care and ask them to connect with their seniors, they never will connect you with their senior team, they will refuse. They tell like, you can do anything, do complaint anywhere, but we can not connect our senior with you. They even disconnect the calls. Now timbl Management have to think about this how the service should provide to customer or improve as they charged from customer.

I were the customer of timbl last 3Years and due to less response to resolve my issue related to connectivity, I decided to disengagementWhen a boy comes from the timbl for collecting the device for the he use the very abusive language, talk loudly, Not follow the social distancing and he were coming every time in my house when I were enter without my permission and I were call to his reporting person(Mr. Abhishek sharma and the device collector boy name is Sandeep) and he is not responding to call him to came back during the 1hr total exhaustible drama.

The area manager of my area was calling me before the payment but after i completed my payment he is not evening answer my calls. Not replying my texts ... If you want to use a worst internet service in Gurugram.You can go with timble brodband.They booked my connection at 4th October and promised me installation will be done within 3 working days but today is 11th-october but still installation is not complete.I used to call at customer care from past 4 days but still they are saying installation will be complete within 6 working hour. After booking you will not get any call Or any message from timbl regarding installation.Overall experience as of now worst customer support , unprofessional staff and third class services.There is no option to give 0 reating thats why giving 1 star but actual reating from my side is 00.
